The weak spot of these GS watches is definitely their bracelet. Basic clasp and no micro adjustment. Mine doesn’t wear like it should and it could be a deal breaker for potential buyers. Come on GS look at Rolex and their bracelets…..

Big F1 fan as well. Wear my Tag F1 Red Bull Special Edition every race day. Honda is the only power unit mfg that offers affordable vehicles hence the loyalty. A lot of changes coming Horner? Chico will he be replaced at the end of 2024? Happy for Hamilton. Commentators did a great job last year trying to make the races interesting since Max ran away with it almost every race. I hope the competition catches up but I doubt it in 2024.
I've been checking news about Horner multiple times a day. If he leaves that will be a big change (probably not for this season but for upcoming seasons). Also I agree I think Checo will be replaced at the end of this season maybe even during the season depending on his performance.
Great video on releases. Really like the GS green dial high beat . That 62gs case and bezel is always special. Used to have a shunbun, but traded it for another GS.
In spite of their solid reputation for build quality and finishing, Grand Seiko has yet to come out with a model that tickles my fancy. They’re all just “meh” to me. Plus, in spite of their “value”, they’re still expensive watches. And then they come out with these cream puff, girly colors. 😂 I’d forgive them the non-adjustable clasp if the bracelets at least looked awesome, but they don’t. They look like bracelets on cheap watches you’d find at Walmart.
Tudor should have paid to be the title sponsor of that team. Rolex obviously has the money to fund that. How cool would it have been. Anyway yes. Worst team name ever. But who cares .. I’m so excited about this upcoming season. It’s probably been the craziest offseason ever. Huge fan of Charles but until they eventually and hopefully give him a title winning car ( and strategy) … I’ve been rooting for Max. I’ll tell you though. I am really liking Oscar. I think he’s gonna have a massive season this year. How about you? Who do you support? ( love the Zenith titanium)

Great value for the price imo.
I welcome Tudor to F1 even if we are yet to see how the Visa Cash App RB car will be named by the F1 presenters. Interestingly the sister Red Bull Team have or had sponsorship from TAG Heuer. Which brand is the better one is a discussion for another day. Hamilton to Ferrari was a bombshell announcement so I guess he'll give up his IWC clocks to RM tickers. Off topic I would like to Valteri Bottas back in the Mercedes team for a season along side George Russell as after driving inferior cars for a couple of seasons he could really shine back at Merc. Albon would be another consideration. Mr Bond is a clever guy, if he doesn't get the treats from you he'll try to get them from elsewhere.
Just ordered my first Swiss Watch, a Tissot Couturier with a ETA quartz movement. Getting a Casio Oceanus S100 later this year to scratch my Citizen Chronomaster/Grand Seiko itch. And likely wearing that daily alongside a few Chinese homage watches with Seiko VK63’s, NH35’s, and Miyota 2115’s.
I've been watching F1 since the '70s, except for the early '90s, when I moved to the US and they didn't show F1 on the channels I had at the time. But yeah, looking forward to a new season! Adrian Newey said he has no idea whether the other teams have caught up to the Red Bull car, but we'll soon find out. As for Hamilton, I think most drivers have the dream of driving for Ferrari at some point in their career. With the rule changes for 2025, it might be a good time to start over, or it could be a disaster :) Time will tell.

I think Valteri was very underrated as a Mercedes driver. Would love to see him back. Mr. Bond has become a lot more clever in his older years.
