    Thank you for the English version.
    Noted that n followed the video.
    Could not use Sesemnee oil.
    Used ground nut oil.
    Also , used white small local onions not the sweet shallots.
    But was an absolute hit.
    Always wanted a nice sukkah recipie.this is perfect.
    Thanks

      @@AngayarkanniMஎள்ளு is Sesame in English , Gingelly is another name for Sesame. Sesame oil and Gingelly oil are one and the same. Stop spreading wrong information. The difference is present only in manufacturing process like cold pressed (செக்கு) or Chinese style sesame oil where it is roasted and then the oil extracted.

  • @EG-ow9xl
    @EG-ow9xl 8 лет назад +141

    In gingeli (sesame oil), add 1 teaspoon urud dhal, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 2 pieces of cinnamon, 2 cloves, 2 cardamom, about 4 cashews and dry red chillies as per your taste. when it is fried, add curry leaves and 1/4 cup chopped small onions, 1 tbsp crushed garlic and fry again till onions are golden in colour. Then add 1 tbsp of ginger- garlic paste and a pinch of turmeric powder. Saute well. Then add some chilli powder nad fry. Then add one tomato chopped or lemon juice. Saute well. Then add a little water about tablespoons, to prevent the masala from getting burnt. Then add the chicken and enough salt and fry for a while. There is no need to add water. The chicken will get fried in its own liquid. When it is almost dry, add a tablespoon of roasted pepper and cummin powder (roasted together in a saucepan). Continue to fry until almost dry or completely dry as per your requirement. Garnish with coriander leaves.
    Mutton can be cooked with the same masala. To cook mutton, you need to add water.
    I hope the recipe is clear.

    The recipe looks great! I do have a couple suggestions-
    Please don't use metal utensils with non stick- it will scratch the non stick layer and release toxins into the food.
    Also, in the end you said you used coriander leaves, however the subtitles say cucumber.
