No lie you play more aggressive with King then you do Armor King. It’s like you go from Shaq to like Embiid
@lilmajin How do you know what to press to block Marduk tackle after he has you down?
Look for the hands moving you have a decent window to read which one it is, left hand is 1 break right hand is 2, both hands is 1+2, he can also throw a fake and choose another option by quickly pressing one option after the other, watch out for this, ideally you want to break or avoid the tackle before it gets to this stage!

@@deanbrooks7297 the initial break is 1+2 before he puts your back to the ground BUT certain characters (dont know all off the top of my head but King for example) can also reverse his tackle by using 1+2 to mount him for their own tackle games, the last way is to jump over it but of you do be prepared to block the follow up grounded tackle attempt and punish, you may be able to hopkick him or use something fast to interrupt but it would be safer to block and respond it
Also important note his blue drive version cannot be broken AFAIK you can guess the tackle stance options same as before but if it connects you're going to the ground no matter what no throw off or reversal options

Very few people claim they can react to his 1/2 options but there's no videos of anybody actually reacting, so the 1/2 options are 50-50 and you can fuzzy or even react to the 1+2 option

Marduk is quite easy to defend against. He struggles with creative players.
Are Marduk players snipping your stream (cause Marduk hates Kings) or do people play Marduk a lot in the US. Cause I hardly ever see the character online here in EU.
What character and wich country do you live? There's a handful of Marduks in EU. I'm in the UK. I upload but don't stream. Vanguard

Marduk players mustve feel good all the time, they only need to improve their throw breaking and movement while winning getting carried by their OP tackle, OP rage drive, OP long range launcher, and damn great lows.. ive met the shittiest marduk with awful neutral game while having tekken god rank, its fun for me to fight against marduk since i do play him and lab him.. but man i can see most people getting murdered by his cheapness.
I specifically pick up Marduk not only to learn the matchup but also to see what goes through Marduk main's mind (spoiler: nothing) while they playing.
The hero is a never-ending fun.
Hope he would've got a harder execution on a lot of the stuff and his oki being toned down by a lot.
Meanwhile, let me exercise my DLC priviledge.

What I don’t like is Marduk getting 70+ dmg with piss easy execution. Older games forced you to properly VT cancel 1,2 strings to get any mileage off his juggles.
I main Marduk but had to move onto other characters. Marduk has very fragile combos and missed inputs. Even Knee, J. Fury and Energie drop the combos. Just watch the tourneys . It's a trade off for the bigger damage. (eg My combo with other characters is easier). Execution of his vts cancel is insanely difficult. For me impossible still after maining 2 years.
@@addydiesel6627 this is the issue of marduk players, they sound ignorant asf "move onto other characters" lmfao hes as strong as low of an execution as he gets, play real characters, try mishimas and feel real pain because you sound so ignorant when other characters have it much harder marduk aint even mid tier in terms of execution. Pros drop the simplest combos due to tournament nerves so what you say it doesnt matter, ive seen saint dropping jack combos and jack is one of the easiest characters to pick combo wise, im a jack main too, when they play casually however thats another story.
@@reishakyu3553 Mishimas are difficult execution for max damage but combos are mostly consistent. I main Heihachi also. I know what Mishimas game plan is. Mid-low mixups 50:50 or electrics. They don't have much variety in their game plans. That's their weakness
