literally, soon, our lives are going to turn into star wars. Just imagine every day of the week you are traveling to another planet out of the solar system for jobs or just to explore. That's crazy
@@yadatada5556 actually. If we do survive this long. It is yo the point where we can design light sabers. Identical to the ones in star Wars. And possibly some crazy physco path and get a hold of one. And we might have to fight them like in actual star Wars.
Relating to the "born too early" comments; "We were born too late to explore the Earth, and too soon to explore the stars". But here's a positive note. We can be the pioneers for future generations. Setting bases on the Moon and Mars, outposts in between, satellites across the solar system to create an internet for faster and clearer communication. Very crucial projects for our next 2-3 generations until 2100.
It's so sad that I will be so old by the time we get to 2100. I'm jealous of my bloodline. But the thing that most intrigued me was human genetic modification, making the perfect human. WOW
Well imagine having now 30 years... sad right? So we are lucky for being born between 2000-2008 more or less because we will be able to see while young the transition to a multi-planetary species- and also in 100 I think people will be able to be put into computers so we could live technically forever so don't be sad :D
I loved that they showed how the discoveries in this process are embedded in everyday life. It’s so true. Often science provides insights that we used in ways previously unimaginable- that’s why it’s so important to invest in progress.
Lmaoo same. Cause I need to see all thats about to unfold. It makes me sad that I might not be able to see past 2070-2100 maybe if I’m super lucky but beyond that, I probably won’t see unless they really pick up the pace with slowing down aging.
It is truly amazing that today we can more accurately predict future technology BUT at the same time we really do not know what will come in the next 5, 25, 50 years in terms of new inventions. One day this video may be looked upon in the same way we look at the drawings from the 1900s depicting flying cars in 2000.
doesn't really matter too much, AI is already making progress for us, and will be the primary driver of innovation from here on out, we can't really guess what they'll come up with, they do years of research in minutes, brute forcing simulations until one works.. look up AIs recent discoveries/inventions and this is just the first wave.. besides, who knows what the government has invented in secret and will probably never tell us about it.. for example, you think it's aliens piloting those UFOs?
This is absolutely one of the best videos I have ever seen on RUclips. It is so well made and I can't wait to live through and experience the future advancements in technology.
Man its exciting, watching humans fly between the stars, building stations on the Moon and living in freaking Mars! I hope i can get the chance to work on something that will help this become a reality

Reminds me of this era as its own “industrial revolution” but Space Related. They’re gonna look back to today to see the beginning of space exploration.
Yes that's true. We are already looking back at the beginnings of the Internet, e.g.. I think you can compare the way people see us in 100 years from how we look back on the people who colonized America.
Everyone thinking that we are not going to see all of this happen: you are thinking linearly. Technology advances exponentially. Buckle up, this ride is about to get bumpy :D
50 years later. Haven't touched the moon. Has technology gotten better? Oh yeah! Have we advanced into the solar system? Nope. Another 50 years can go by without any space adventures.
Sometimes I wish I was born in the future to see us moving in space like it’s Star Trek, and sometimes I am glad I was born in the time where it all started
We'll see if that's true by 2024 if they're going to ship the cargo starship to Mars, but many people still thinking 2026 is way too early, we speculate 2040.
@@dechubasco830 Well they also said we'll have 8M storage super computer that can fit in a room... But we completely exceed their expectation on this one...

doesn't really matter too much, AI is already making progress for us, and will be the primary driver of innovation from here on out, we can't really guess what they'll come up with, they do years of research in minutes, brute forcing simulations until one works.. look up AIs recent discoveries/inventions and this is just the first wave.. besides, who knows what the government has invented in secret and will probably never tell us about it.. for example, you think it's aliens piloting those UFOs?
