Only reason Barbara invested is because “oot” is so close to “out”.
😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This deserves more likes.
xDD
Barbara: "You've insulted me with 17% and for that reason, I get 10%"
😂😂😂
Kevin saved them 😄
Barbara insulted by 17% then went on to accept 10%😂
Spoilers..
Must have proved the deserve it
😂😂😂
@@VGV0bruv came to the comments before finishing 😂
@@davidn.2555"I thought I heard 17 percent now I'm even more insulted at 7 percent" comprehend carefully
Rare footage of Barbara not saying “I’m out” 😂
It's funny because Barbara has better closed deals percentage than Robert. Robert always gives an offer but he is notorious for backing out of the deals he makes when the camera is off.
@@winterflakes101 Yeah, so i've heard. At least Barbara doesn't waste anyone's time, and doesn't massively disappoint the entrepreneurs by not following through.
Idk if it’s just me but $800-1000 a month is INSANE imagine nearly doubling your housing costs for something the size of a garden shed or smaller.
i dont think their target is people who already have home, but for somebody who is like a movie set, construction site, temporary remote location. just imagine an airbnb out of this for like making 100 dollars per month with 2 units in some forest like tree house theme, camp site. not saying its genious but there is some potential i guess.
Ohh my friends and I have one. Haha but it’s not double our mortgage though
Yeah the rental is insane for most middle-class households. That's like leasing another car for no reason. The only way I can justify it is buying the thing for the longer term.
4:09 "We need more space" Bruh buy an Ootbox!
That’s what I thought 😂😂
I was thinking the same ish 😂
I rewinded to hear what i missed
This is like the only time Kevin is dumbing down Barbara to not being greedy, and he is happy for it lol
$25,000 for a small shed…
Exactly what a joke 😂 America 2024 lmao
Not bad actually
@vancanjeje you can buy a 600$ shed and furnish it for way less
I think he said 20,500 not 25,000
I mean it's a premium business lol, not for everyone. I think you have to also consider the convenience aspect. You put down 25k (if you can afford it easily) and they do all the installations and logistical stuff.
Everything that's made convenient for you (for example uber eats) usually comes with a premium price tag..
Barbara: I’m insulted by the 17% offer and for that reason I’ll take 10% 😂
For $20 000 you can build an addition onto your home and raise the value of your property
Kevin was wild in this one
He was brutal and I relished every second >:]
Barbara: u accepted my offer, for those reasons im out 😂😂
Barbara: I accept Kevin's offer.

$256.25 per square foot. NYC apartment per square foot: $905 to "$1790.
Just putting it into perspective.
for 20k you can literally just build a nice shed/garage twice the size
Exactly 😂
this looks like my future mobile barber shop....wait...for 20k....nevermind.
20k is fair
@@SireneKalypsoMy HOA would charge me $20k in penalties and then tell me to remove it. It’s not worth $20k when cities probably require a permit just to put it in your front or back yard.
@@DG-nk7jo HOAs suck
i think u can build it yourself for a lot less
@@kurostyx9124lol how?
Barbra: You don’t remind me of Cousins Maine Lobster therefore I’m out😂
I love Mark he's always happy when other people are making money and building their own profitable business
Always good to have a Shark Tank episode on while eating lunch 😅
breakfast over here...
Here in Arizona u could get a container for at least $2500
Does it come with a ductless air conditioner and pony panel for electrical and insulation?
They just said that it cost them 11000 to build, what you think they just throwe the money in the groud? They cut the box, they seal it, they air duct it, they put a window on it.
I would personally not buy this, for 20k you can build a concrete small shed with all the amenities, if you also put work on it yourself with a pro builder. But their margins aren't obscene frankly
My friend could build an entite house for $20,500
I have seen people on youtube build houses for 5k or less. If you know what you're doing, have the time and connections, you can build a nice house with 20k
@@NightmareFuelsYou key words, time/connections. Anything is possible, but we are talking for the average consumer
Kevin the unsung hero
Only real market for a business like this would be a company leasing these for a couple of months to get things done while construction was being done on their building or if you needed to house people onsite for a few months outside of a main facility like a large construction site for a traveling crew.
In any other instance, there are many better options.
Like renting an RV?
I'm oot.
😂😂😂😂
Anyone else see the irony 0:34 and 4:10
Mark talking like he cares about the entrepreneurs presenting their businesses. He does the same thing at times😂
I can definitely see a market but for $20,000 i think they will inevitably price themselves out of it 🤔
Absolutely. Who has that money to blow. Anyone with that amount of free cash, likely has a large house.
They made it big time
for $1000 per month, you can rent 2-3 extra bedrooms in an apartment
Ridiculous price point. This cannot scale
A good condition used container costs $3000 in canada shipped. Maybe $1200 worth of drywall and electrical. Literally a saturday job for an average handyman
They aren't easy to convert. Watch RUclips videos of people doing it.
Don't forget flooring, glass, insulation, a/c, cutting the thing in half, cutting the glass, framing for the glass, etc. It's so much more than what you're saying.
@@xTwistedFleshX ive got a 20x40 container in my backyard thats my home gym/office. Even has electrical and plumbing run to it. Cost me 25k in total
@capitallmike do you have problems with damp? Rust? How did you get to straight walls from crenellated shipping container walls? How did you make it look good?
@@NLPexperts dealing with a lot of rust and damp walls/floor areas. Def some things ill try differently next time
Kevin only enjoying 😂
If barbara is investing, this is definitely gonna be a good business
They must thank Kevin
NOTE: after the show, Barbara backed out of the deal. She thought the name of the product was “outbox” and realized it wasn’t the company for her.
Is this true?
No it's a joke@@AKiki-ct1ro
@@AKiki-ct1ro yes
bro this the second video in a row i see kevin under cut barbara 😭😭
8:35 lmao
there should be 2 choice on this business :
1-rental option.
2-buying option.
I do not understand the business.. You can buy a toolshed that looks like a cabin for 2-5k and will get a small luxorious cabin for 20k..
20K for a small shed with an A/C unit? I'M OUT
Only a woman would be allowed to wear a night gown to an investor pitch and disregard unprofessionalism without facing any backlash
Imagine the corporations with offsite projects that need mobile offices to function. This will blow up if they target the right audience.
Paying $1000 a month for this will make my head hurt. Absolute rip off.
Anyone else glad they accepted Barbara’s offer 😂
Enjoy your breakfast guys or lunch for those who worked today!
She looks like a cartoon mean teacher
I don't think the people in the comments have any idea what things cost in the real world.
Do you? Because the people I know who could afford the upfront cost or lease cost per month are not the type of people who would have their lives improved enough to justify it. This product is the epitome of too niche
@@Illusion517 You've proved the point wonderfully. Your view is too narrow and lacks knowledge of the world outside your bubble.
A 10x10 is around 2k. A 20x20 is 3k new. I know people who have and use them for storage. 20k for their models are insane. They added about 3k in materials with the mini split and upcharge you an extra 15k. Genius.
This business will serve purposes especially for people who work off site.
Barbara’s ego was so hurt when Kevin first insulted her 💀
I mean I could just a buy a container for a few grand and put a desk and chair in myself this isn’t worth the money even if I was a millionaire
Kevin was the real GOAT here
They call him Mr. Wonderful for a reason!
i would turn them into a mobile bar area then rent or lease them to entertainment venues and ball parks, or maybe a mobile food stand
Why did no one take this deal! This was such a good product imo
20k?
Barbara: "I'm Oot"
Box is worst than prison
What’s the point of watching when the title tells you everything
Mark ❤ - 7:04
they could have saved money if they made ootbox by scratch converting shipping containers is not the way to go costs to much money
250000 per container is to much though it does make them stand out hope they do well like the concept over all.
I'm a carpenter. I'll gladly build you a way nicer, larger shed for a lot less money.
Don't reinvent the wheel, just make it cheaper.
I think this another re-upload. I hate when this channel does that
Down the street from me some company bought a lot to build condos.
It got shot down by the city. They changed some stuff and got approval.
What they built was repurposed shipping containers repurposed into living spaces. They are stacked on top of each other and side by side.
( Think of the stacks from ready player one )
They look good inside but im not spending 2500 to live in one
but you'd spend 500,000+interest for a wooden house..
@@shemmy95Not wooden. My house is made of Bricks and you cannot blow it down. It cost 300 k with interest.
Nobody lives under over or on top of me
@richb1576 most residential houses built in the last 40 years in US are made of wood (cardboard)
This honestly is a great idea for an office space at home, but price is a huge down fall!
Can we have a moment of silence for the 10% equity share that Kevin saved them from Barbara? 😂
These things got popular.
Thats the house we can buy in this economy
I don't get it.. i can build an extra section to my house for less than that if i need it. Maybe the homeless will benefit, but they don't have $20,000 lying around to pay for this thing.
This is awesome!!
kevin the hero
The idea of creating a ready-to-go space for people who want privacy is great, but this container box won't keep out children, spouses, etc. since it's basically a room.
I know a lot have already commented on this, but let's be fair... If you REALLY wanted a container like that, 20 grand is friggin' insane for a price. You could literally buy a container for a few grand, spend a couple of grand to furnish it and fix it up how you like it and you're done. No idea where that 20k is coming from, because it seems insanely high.
Why is Barbra getting insulted by 17% but went down to 10%
I wish you wouldn’t spoil the video with the title. Thanks anyway.
Bro this is SUCH a rip off!!! You can have one built for Waaaaay cheaper!
20k for a big box for extra space Yeah never mind
How many times can one pitch be reuploaded? 😭
What a negotiation, huh
One of the most stupid ideas especially at that price
Barbara offering 10 and not taking it instantly, lol.
That is soooo oooooo oooo expensive. Why would you spend so much money for this.
So its a container..
only a morn wouldn't just build one themselves for half the money.
where did they come up with that name? there are 1000's of other cool names but oot ?
mr wonderfull 100% getting back in 2 years . real shark ...where do u get 100% in 2 years.... thats why rich ppl get richer
I think we can all agree that we find it pretty crazy when Barbara doesn't say she's out
I would have completely understood if Barbara went out once they didn't take the offer initially...Silly.
Kevin saved them 😄😄
11:06 Today is July 4th 2024 11:06 pm central USA time stamped
Ok
Walls # Badshit # Interior
The product is too expensive, you could do it ur self for like 2K
Right. It must be the space in the US. In my country, with that money, you can make at least 10-15 of these, even bigger.
Really? Flooring, drywall, insulation, glass, framing for the glass, a/c, cutting the container, etc for only $2000? lmao yeah okay.
@@xTwistedFleshX its definitely closer to 2 than 20 .. so ya …
Kevin da man!!
Deep down inside, Barbara was out
Omg they should have picked Mr Wonderful
⚡ Spoiler Blocker ⚡
they could be making so much money if the started advertising for companies on the outside of their boxes - would probably double their revenue
No they wouldn't. They might get an extra $1 per unit. That's like saying a company would pay $50 to have an advertisement put on a bed frame. These units are meant to be put in your backyard, not the park.
More like oofbox
Ruining the look of the neighborhoods. I’m out!
Barbara got a deal and for that reason, I'm out
Lol anyone can build this , nothing proprietary about it
the eps without damon is the best!
100% agree

😅 ootbox??
For $20k?? ROTFLMAO! 😅
In many other countries 25K can get you a brick house. Whats the point living in USA in a half container. What a joke.
You can't get permission for brick buildings.
