Try to avoid body/face scrubs they create unnecessary rupture which causes skin breakouts. Instead use lactic acid for good and effective exfoliation.

I usually won't put physical scrub to my face, so that shouldn't be an issue. If u are my long-term follower, u would've known that I love to use amlactin on my body to treat kp and ingrowns, but once in a while, physical exfoliating the body won't harm. We should know when to stop and how light handed we should go with the product etc.
