Hello, I don't rely on shampoos for hairfall andi. Check for any vitamin or mineral deficiencies and supplement accordingly. It will solve 80% of the pblm. If possible, install shower filters. For oiling I change between multiple oils like mahabhrigaraj from Ramakrishna pharma/home made oil /parachute etc

If u are my long-term follower, u would've known that I love to use amlactin on my body to treat kp and ingrowns, but once in a while, physical exfoliating the body won't harm. We should know when to stop and how light handed we should go with the product etc.

You can add a pinch of Himalayan salt to a liter water andi. We do that. Also, desalination is not really bad. We have been doing it in india from ages by boiling water / by distillation. It's not actually dangerous. We don't get a significant amount of minerals from the water we drink but from the food we eat.

Glad my review helped you. I don't use any straightener. Revlon one step volumizer does the job for me. I am using loreal volumizing spray. But it's not available in the US.
