      GrozOutTV still the best ute I’ve owned

      GrozOutTV I blocked the egr at 100,000 and from then had clean oil every change. I serviced it every 10,000kms and ended up selling it with 250,000kms and no issues. Was a great ute

    Seriously LOVE that tyre gate, always looking for options to get my spare out from under the tub of my Triton. It's not an ideal place if you're off road and in an awkward spot.

      BunyipDemi thanks mate glad you love it. Ben from off road fabrications did a great job. The 35in tyre just won't fit underneath so this was a great idea 💡.

      Fourbie Sessions Australia Big Blue looks great! Mate did you have to cut the corner off your guard when you took the honeycomb plastic out mate?

    • @f.s.aearthmoving4x4
      @f.s.aearthmoving4x4  7 лет назад

      Paul Qualischefski once I pulled that out I tapped the corner in a little and then cable tied the inner guard back to the chassis

    Hey mate I’m from central coast too lol heard you mention lake haven haha. Think I’m about to buy a BT-50 but I’ve heard some pros and cons. Have you had any problems with yours that you’ve had to fix and was it expensive to fix?

    • @f.s.aearthmoving4x4
      @f.s.aearthmoving4x4  6 лет назад +1

      Dylan Law hey brother coast life man 🙌. Mate yeah there is heaps of pros and cons. I sold big blue with 240,000kms and in that time it did a Input shaft bearing in the gear box and that’s all. I broke one cv and did a diff but this was over 150,000kms when I did it. I wish I bought another the np is good but I’ve had to spend double the money on it to do as much as what this did. Hope that helps man.

    I quite like the blue myself, what’s the biggest tyres you can get under with stock lift, my Mazda need bigger tyres to fix speedo. Cheers

    Have you had any issues with the engine what so ever, and how’d ya go with the body lift, what did you have to modify to fit the body lift up

    • @f.s.aearthmoving4x4
      @f.s.aearthmoving4x4  5 лет назад

      Zane Nelson never had a single issue. Loved it ended up with 250,000kms on it when I sold it. It was only one inch body which ment nothing needed to change which was great.

    Would you recommend a bt 50 for a hard core 4wd?

      I loved it. There was nothing that twin locked Bt couldn’t do. I use to say to friends when they asked how’d it go and my response was the car has bigger balls then I ever will 😂. Thanks for the comment Luke

    Gday mate! Beautiful beast you have there!
    Are you running a 4” Suspension lift and 1” Body lift?
    Did you have to make any major changes to do the sus lift?

    • @f.s.aearthmoving4x4
      @f.s.aearthmoving4x4  7 лет назад +3

      Beast_ Mode it ended up being 3.5in after the springs settled and one inch body yes , but no changes was all stock underneath. I could of done diff drop and upper control arms but choose not to and I got 240,000kms out of that setup with no issues

  • @vevohoeyo

    • @f.s.aearthmoving4x4
      @f.s.aearthmoving4x4  7 лет назад

      vevohoeyo very well off road on road they are a little slippery but still good. I have over 60,000kms on them and they are still going.

    hey mate, did you have to change front brake lines for 4 inch lift???

  • @psy06
    @psy06 8 лет назад

    whats needed to run 35's on it mate ? any rubs ?

    • @f.s.aearthmoving4x4
      @f.s.aearthmoving4x4  8 лет назад +1

      psy06 mate not a lot really I have had it set at 3in or just over in the front and you take a honey comb plastic out of the inner front guards pin the guards back and that's it really. The bigger the lift the better tho but it doesn't have to be crazy they fit well

    Hows 35" doing? Feeling loss of power? Ive scoured the webs and couldnt find regearing option for bt50/ranger.

    • @f.s.aearthmoving4x4
      @f.s.aearthmoving4x4  7 лет назад

      Lcr34 mate they go great. You do lose some power and fuel economy but the advantages off road are endless.
