Martin's reaction has a backstory: When they lived with their first owner - a very old lady that 'Granny' knew - they ran freely around the house (and on tables), she couldn't stop them, but tried to control them with a stick. Since then, they've apparently been a little afraid of things shaped like a stick. 😮😊
👏🙏❤️I let my Fur-Angels do everything and anything the only thing that upsets me is when the younger ones - 2 sisters and 1 brother (6 years old in June, 29th) attack my Zôzzô she will turn 18 years old in February and her previous owner was going to abandoned her and I said: "No way, she is coming with me!" this was in 2009. Bless your hearts for sharing your home with Martin and Mads...I am sure Granny's friend is delighted to watch their lives!❤️🙏👏
@anapiresdecarvalho5241 Oh, yes, that's understandable - we don't want the cats to be mean towards each other, although that's always a danger when there is more than one cat living in a house. :) I too think 'Granny's' friend is watching them with joy - from her place in heaven. 🙏
My cat loves watching Mads and Martin. When it's over, she looks all around the computer and then paws the screen. She even stands on the keyboard and looks at the screen, but she is so light, it doesn't change the channel.
They certainly know that jumping on to tables is not something humans like - but they do it anyway. 😊Unfortunately they've done it since their earliest "childhood" so it's hard to make them stop.
@@CatMakesMeHappy I think I may have once told Emily to get off the counter when she was a kitten. I also was careful never to offer leftover food on a (human) plate. That backfired a little, as she then decided that human food is disgusting.
The two kitties we have now we can’t keep them off the countertops when they “think” they’re hungry! Even after they’ve eaten sometimes they roam around looking for more and end up on the countertops! You’d think we barely fed them at all! They’d be tanks if we gave in every time they did this!😹
Our cats are spoiled, and they go on the table. :( Annie would be intimidated by a fly swatter, but I don't think Daisy would - she would be curious about it. :)
❤️👏🙏🐾🙀Oh Daddy, Mads was saving you from using the dishwasher!!! No need to show him who's in charge...After all who doesn't need a helping paw?!? Promise me, they are A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E! 🙀🐾🙏👏❤️
Mads licking the bowl and Martin licking his chops as though he had just finished licking something he should not have been. Can't be totally mad at them when as you explained, a previous owner allowed such behavior. Or perhaps at least, did not properly correct them...
Yes, the previous cats here didn't walk on tables as much, so it's clearly a habit from their childhood. Of course, if 'Granny' had wanted them to stop doing it, she could have used more harsh sanctions. But the normally just grabs them and puts them down on the floor, and that doesn't scare them. 😊

🙋🏽♀️💖🥰😘🐈⬛🐈⬛🥰🤗😍 naughty cays r healthy cats😂
Poor darlings, now they have so much luck to live with you Granny !!!!❤❤❤❤
Those are huge black flies 😂 even bigger than ours 😻
😂😂
Not sure they'll fall to the ground after just one slap. 😅
Whitetip was doing washing up the plates 😂😂
That's the usual excuse! "You were going to wash them ANYWAY..."
Ha ha, yes, a great help. Or ...😅

Ha ha, oh, how we would love to see that. 😅
😂😂 well done 😉 I enjoyed watching cat's reaction 😅 they know everything 😸😼 Thank you for making me laugh ❤

I can see that Martin wishes HE could wield a fly swatter too 😂
Absolutely, lol. And maybe even show us his middle finger.
Our cats are allowed on the table when we're not eating. Interestingly, they never get onto the kitchen worktop even if there's chicken there.
That's interesting! It sounds like they have their own boundaries and understand the rules, even when there's tempting food around.

Kitty's with discipline...quite an accomplishment. LOL
*They're NUT naughty, just MISUNDERSTOOD* 😸😸
Ha ha, maybe so.
Martin's 🖤 trained well .. Respect the fly swatter 🤔
Take care
Ha ha, true. 😊
While Mads was eating.Martin…made a little mess😆🐈⬛💕
Definitely. 😂

Lol, yes, the concept of a threat isn't always crystal clear. Animals don't use tools, so how do they learn that a human may use a tool against them?

Thank you! ❤ Yes, a cute dish washer. 😅
No one likes waving a fly swatter at pets, but it sends a message for sure! 😂
More impactful than we thought! 😅
.... THEY EAT THEIR FACE...

Haha, naughty yet smart! Even the cheekiest cats know when to behave when the fly swatter is around. 😹🐾✨
True! And Martin does know it's controversial to be walking on tables. His brother - well, he doesn't reflect so much on what he's doing. 😅
Oh yes, it worked for my kitties too 😂
Cool! Maybe it should just lie on the table always. 😅
