Yeah I agree. I stopped coloring my hair years ago and it was the best decision I ever made regarding my hair! 😃 They are much softer and healthy!

If you’re used to low maintenance and don’t want to spend on hair please do not color it! Once you go down there’s no coming back from spending for a while. Every appointment of mine is almost 300 after tip so just bewareee

@@ClancyBurkeX it often just depends on who you go to if you decide for that route. Don't just go to the first person or first couple of people suggested to you. Look around before spending your hard earned money :)
I get my hair done. Ive had my hair fried off before. But as the years went by, I wish I would've done more looking around just to find the perfect hair stylist for my needs and wants that I have now.

I have a weird body insecurity: my stomach…but ONLY in front of my husband. I have had many surgeries, mostly for cancer, and therefore many scars but what I’m really self conscious about is the scars from a radiation burn. My husband could care less but I absolutely hate him seeing my stomach because of these things.
Imo you look better with straight hair, it really suits you! Also the too faced pink actually suited you too (I could never pull it off) and made you look super fresh and even younger than you are.
You are such a natural beauty. Have you ever thought about switching your makeup to a more bronze look and get away from the purple and pinks?
I think your natural straight color is gorgeous! I wouldn’t color it - it makes your blue eyes pop!
On camera, the new lipstick looks so good on you. It makes your face look brighter and your eye color really pop!
My husband is still active duty and it’s extremely hard on them! He’s a mortarman with the marines and is currently deployed, he has lost many many buddies. And some he wishes he was closer with. It’s a hard adjustment at times but I’m lucky he is who he is; he went through a lot as a child and it really made him who he is before even joining the marines. Bless your brother for his service!
You have the perfect face shape and texture for a short cut! If you're feeling adventurous, a sleek, one length blunt bob would look amazing on you, curly or straight. Definitely can be a wash-and-go cut if you so choose. Think layers elongate your face. Also, think staying dark is the right choice.

My hair starting graying at 14yrs old. By the time I was 23yrs old my hair was completely salt and pepper. My first time dying my hair was at 25yrs old I did my research I had to get bleach on my hair. It came out so beautiful. I took care of my hair after dying it and the color also grew out so beautiful! I say dye you're hair just make sure you keep it condition and moisturized.

If you do a *subtle* balayage it will be low maintenance! Maybe a light brown or caramel. But, if you wanna do balayage I would recommend a senior stylist or someone who specializes in it!

I totally understand the feeling though! I'll pack backup clothes when I dress out of my comfort zone, but I regularly end up not using them!
And I really appreciate you mentioning how comments made about yourself can make others feel bad. At my weight, it makes me sad to hear people talk about being too fat (and using it interchangeably with ugly) while being at much lower weights. I understand where they're coming from. When I was skinnier I had all the same thoughts they're having. I just wish I could tell my skinnier self how great I looked. When my co-workers start talking about being sad about gaining or how they're trying to losing weight, I just have to walk away. Nothing I can say will help them, and that kind of rhetoric doesn't help me right now.

i think you should keep it the color it is! especially since you have to use heat products everyday it could really damage your hair! plus your natural color is gorgeous!

You can always try some highlights and if you don’t like them your hair is dark enough you can cover them up pretty easily!!!! I think you’ll always regret not trying it out!

Clancy, I have similar skin tone, hair, AND eyes to yours and I just got blonde highlights. They’re okay, but I already miss my hair being dark after just a month. It was also really expensive. Not saying you shouldn’t do it, but I kind of wish I hadn’t. Hope this helps!

I normally wear a darker lip liner under my liquid lipstick if that shade is too light! Might be worth a try :)

I understand your insecurities about your arms. I feel the same way about mine. You've probably heard this a lot but there's nothing wrong with your arms. Also, the word toned does not make sense in the fitness world. I think as women, we all want to shrink ourselves. Thanks for talking about this difficult topic. You're doing great in your new role and you're, right, you just need more practice. It's good that you show us the real part of the working world.

My opinion/advice would be to keep your natural color. It is so pretty and healthy and suits/compliments you so well.
I will say it is fun, girly and exciting to go to a salon for a color or highlights but I wish I never would have now looking back. My hair would be much healthier had I not ever highlighted it or colored it
I had that experience too. After eating scallops and other shellfish that I’m allergic to I had a reaction and my throat wanted to close up. It was so scary.

Super random, but can I say Clancy the avocado on baked potato is an idea I stole from you and now love! I need to cut back on dairy so this is a good replacement for sour cream and makes the meal more filling. I also enjoy the chocolate oatmeal I occasionally as well and add some pb2 powder to mine for some protein. 😀
Awww Clancy you actually have nice arms and can definitely rock the sleeveless look. I wish mine were as thin, but I definitely get where you're coming from. We all have our insecurities and we should learn to embrace them instead of hiding them.

I’m 23 and the latest we stay out it 1:30 am unless it’s something bigger that we planned for then like 3 am.. I don’t think it matters how long you stay out though, as long as you have had fun and are ready to go home and sleep then thats a good night out in my book

I would say no balayage. It would look okay and new but it definitely wouldn’t match your coloring. If anything you can go darker? Maybe a shade or 2.. if you really wanted to. But your hair color is so good for you.
Yes do balayage!! It’s intended to last for a long time between touch ups so you don’t have to go to the salon all the time
