Don't thing the copper is actually touching the skin in this example. In real life, if you get discoloration from wearing copper, you can coat the inside surface...a clear polyurethane will do.

@@suzettehenderson9278 Hi Suzette. Thanks for ur reply. I was thinking, since it is a ring, the copper will be in contact with the other fingers in anycase, and the vernis wears off rapidly in my experience.
I do like copper, but haven't found any way to protect it from skin contact durably.

Copper is excellent for learning. In fact, I’m going to give this a try myself and see what happens if I put the woven piece through the rolling mill with low pressure :-). Many techniques in this video and some involved that are not shown.
The combination of silver with copper looks great but I guess the soft copper might get corroded after wearing many times whilst silver stays. Then there’s still time to move on to gold. I guess he’ll soon move to gold with Anif as a brother-teacher ! Success in your career ! Thanks for a great video !
