The feeling of safety in Nigeria is personal to be honest. I have a better overall experience travelling by road from Lagos to the East. Some people will say otherwise.
The last bit of the video was really stressful to watch. The truck looked like it was going to flip over. It's quite a sad state that the Government has left the roads in these conditions and then expect to be voted in at the next election. The government should hold their heads in shame😡

Lagos, Benin, Kano, Kaduna, Sokoto, etc all the same, the problem is our state government ate just doing absolutely nothing even though they receive allocation every year.

No need to subject my self to this unwarranted sufffering and fall sick thereafter. Nice video and effort showcasing this though i wonder how u kept that camera up all thru with all the jolting. Did u get sick later on?
Nooo. My body is factory fitted with Nigerian shock absorber. 😂😂😂 If what you are going for is VERY important, follow old road from Awka down to Oji River. Then turn left after Oji substation and join the express. Drive for a bit of bad road (maybe 15km) and get to the very smooth part. At 9th Mile, take Milliken Hill. That's the better route than Onyeama. There's another much smoother route but that is farther and you will end up at Garki side of Enugu which is too far from the GRA side we were going to. We went to Enugu twice for the paperwork and we took all the routes. I'll upload them all. 😂

This is the work of federal government not State government
how long in miles (km) or time was the journey to Enugu?
Awka to Enugu is approx 60km. At 100km/hr it should not be more than 40 minutes but it took us more than 2 hours to get to New Market which is the entry point of Enugu.
That old road was done by the government of Sullivan Chime. Our current governor na akpa amu
How do you feel now with your hands? Biko take care
I just subscribed from USA
Pls sister Iam flying into 9jia through Lagos please is it safe to travel to east by road or air
Welcome. Thank God for journey mercy

I don't understand it either. Why leave the roads to get this bad before fixing?
She said I don't need prove of anything.....hahahaha
See Oji River,my home town

federal government? you better start holding your state government responsible, because Anambra state has always received its allocation and in every year they include road projects. Lagos, Benin, Kano, Kaduna, Sokoto, etc all the same, the problem is our state government ate just doing absolutely nothing even though they receive allocation every year.
The government needs to finish faster, some parts of the road are bad
I think our present South-East Governors 're the worst in that country! Makes me think dualistic on coming back to the country.. nothing makes person Hapi there! Well thanks chy for sharing such a vital info (video )
I cant believe Nigerian roads are this bad.. See dust everywhere.
When you have THIEVES as politicians, the dangerous Awka - Enugwu Road becomes your lot. TUFIAKWA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not just thieving, even their non-challance is killing me.
You should have followed the bad lanes to fully document the true state of the road
And fall sick afterwards? No way. Na Enugu I wan go, I no wan fall into ditch. 😂😂😂
Are you still in Nigeria?
Hope you returned via Miliken Hill. 20 minutes from 9th Mile to Enugu State Secretariat, or visa versa😁
Yes o. In fact I would rather carry the car on my head than pass through that Onyeama on our way back. 😂
The gridlock we saw for heavy vehicles going up hill, eh?

Driving close to those trucks look scary!!!!

Please Flo, please could you get me some Igbo kola
Am coming back on the 21st and planned on visiting Enugu from Anambra but with what i saw in this video , i have cancelled my trip! No need to subject my self to this unwarranted sufffering and fall sick thereafter. Nice video and effort showcasing this though i wonder how u kept that camera up all thru with all the jolting. Did u get sick later on?
Nooo. My body is factory fitted with Nigerian shock absorber. 😂😂😂
If what you are going for is VERY important, follow old road from Awka down to Oji River.
Interesting
Nigeria Governors and Top politician are the most wicked being on this earth ..
