For squats, I place the food in my belly a few hours before.
My metabolism is so fast I gotta eat like 5-800 cals 30 mins before
Met too or I am starving half way through@@urgamecshk
I’m pretty sure this is a poop joke
maximum retroverted hips here with long femurs. I can only get depth with toes pointing outward, too and all the years I thought I just was very immobile ^^ Ah, didn't know I have to lean forward more. I am always very upright and wondering why I can't hit depth lol
hopefully this will help!
Im not a lady but i think we have like the exact same body type, LOL, so all your instructional videos are PERFECT.
@@briefcasemanx well good!
The spell check error got my attention! Thank you, Jen!
Accidental click bait!!🤣
Hey Jen. The title says "Squat Food Placement" (at the time of my comment).
Anyway, I experience the same in squat. I go beyond shoulder width apart and can't go deep if I don't point my toes out, haha.
OMG Thank for telling me that. It was a late night post! 🤣
Arms looking swole in this video Jen, great info thank you
17.5in Tibia and 21in femur have no problem hitting depth but i dont have any stretch reflex so i tend to bounce off atg and people say its the reason i injured my knees
I was thinking about this only earlier today and this popped up in feed, thanks
Thanks Jen
do you focussing on sitting back?
