Argentina’s problem is not shortage of food or global warming.
They are a nation of 45 million that feeds 400 million. Their land is incredibly fertile and they have plenty of it.

1 - Argentina is going through one of the worst economic crises of its time. It is one of countless crises that have plagued the country for over 1 century. Poverty rates increasing over 40%, runaway inflation (one of the worst in the world), businesses closing or leaving the country. This guy is an economist. He gave a diagnostic and his opinion, next to many others that voted for him, is that the decadence is a product of the wrong set of ideas and policies instituted over the decades. He is proposing a plan based on liberal trued and tried economic principles. Free and markets, low regulation, lower taxes, no protectionism, a smaller government footprint to lower the deficits. You can like it or not, but his proposal is not that of a crazy man.
2 - The comment about free market for selling organs was one small opinion he gave when theorizing about a probable solution to the organ shortage based on absolute free market economic principles. It was a theoretical exposition during an interview. That is not part of his platform.
3 - So what if he is a climate change denier? What impact if any does Argentina have nowadays in the total number of emissions compared to the rest of the world. It is a country of roughly 40 million. Right now at this moment, Argentina desperately needs to focus on economic growth. It cannot afford to sacrifice growth for climate friendly solutions. It is easy to judge when you are a rich country and can afford those technologies. But in Argentina's case, this is just not the priority, when you have kids starving. In any case, if he implements an open free market economy, the market itself might opt for climate friendly solutions.
4 - Possession of firearms is strictly regulated in argentina. It is very hard to get one. Criminals on the other hand have an easy way of getting them in the black market. Crime is rampant and people get killed with no power to defend themselves or their homes. The police is inadecuate, poorly equiped and more often than not it does not have the support of authoritires that justify criminal behavior as a product of poverty. Police officers are scared to enforce the law, for fear of later retribution.
- Everything he proposes is just common sense based on tried and true priniples that have happened on other parts of the world.

If everybody conveniently took this stance and said "I'm just a small player - others are doing most of the emissions - therefore I can't be bothered until they do their part", nobody would ever make the effort needed right now and the cumulative consequence is absolutely devastating. You should already be witnessing these consequences globally. I live in Estonia, a country of 1.4 million people. We have record breaking inflation and are far from wealthy, yet we're taking green energy and recycling more and more seriously every year. Awareness is a key factor and green energy infrastructure is future-proof and it needs to be invested in now. If you feel right in saying that a nation with 40 million people doesn't need to contribute, then you've simply been lobotomized by these far right politicians.
By the way we have our own party of climate change deniers and these guys are frequently associated with whitewashing the Russian regime and advancing their hybrid warfare agenda in other non-obvious ways. How about your far-righters? Are they also defending the actions of Russia? Russian financing for far right movements globally is a known fact at this point, so I wouldn't be surprised if they are involved in Argentina as well.

IF, you think about it though, acknowledging climate change as a threat or obligation means some amount of resources should be directed to fixing. For a country that's flat broke and broken, you don't focus on existential global crisis, you just try to get your life together so you can pay rent. There are immediate crisis that supercede Argentina's contribution to global consumerism. Conservative and liberal ideologies are equally valuable, and in this case conservatism makes sense, albeit the climate denial stings.

Argentina has rampant poverty. Who in their right mind would propose making it legal to sell human organs?!
