Plans will not work for the same reason socialism won't work. Because they can't predict future circumstances. We need to be precise in tactics and flexible in strategy
Why Mrfa project worth over 20 billion dollars is a drain of money!! We will have 11 squadron of light weight fighters Tejas mk1a- 220+ Under medium weight- We will develop atleast 6 squadron of Tejas mk2-120 (strong possibility of 80 more)and 2 squadron of Rafale -36. Talks are also ongoing to modernize 3 squadron of mig 29 under upg2.0- 51 Under heavyweight category we will upgrade atleast 150 su30 mki. Some report says all 250 will be upgraded in batches. Also 11 newly built su30 mki.= 161-261 So around 550-650 fighters based on number of fighters upgrade in super Sukhoi will be upgraded to minimum 4.5gen So what technology IAF is looking to get transfer under Mrfa project?? what new technology will IAF get by buying Rafale?? The project made sense in 2010, but not now!! Instead I see few other alternatives which can benefit both IAF and also technologically staying updated. The best option for IAF would be to join UK's tempest program. The reason I feel this is best option for us is as follows 1. First flight is 2027, French led 6 th gen first flight is 2029. That's 2 years headstart. Induction is stated to be by 2034-35. 2. Involvement of Japan, Italy, not sure if Sweden is onboard but possibly. Also Saudis have shown keen interest to fund the program itself. 3. This could be inducted by NATO countries in next decade. Atleast 100 fighters could be bought by 3 countries each, possibly more follow on orders. Having a production line here locally will definitely benefit all to reduce the cost as well as speedy delivery! Even if French 6 th generation fighters are bought by NATO or other customers, we are co-developing the engine with France and could share the profit by manufacturing it here locally. Most importantly certain features could help amca. Remember it is not easy to develop all 5th generation technologies in-house. There could also be delay in engine development itself, resulting is more delay of critically important 5th generation fighter which we desperately need. Even if we go for Rafale and sign the deal by 2025, we will start getting fighters by 2028/29 as there is already a long queue of pending orders and setting up production line here takes time and it will go on till 2035-37 even assuming 18 fighters delivery/yr.. hardly any possibility of follow-on orders by us or any other country!!! By joining tempest and also co-developing next gen engine with France, this will help us to get a pie in export orders in many countries along with greatly reducing risk and shorten technological gaps in amca development. The only downside is wait for 2035 which could be minimised by buying more Tejas mk2 and initial investment which will run in few billions but still lot cheaper than Rafale Mrca program!!
What idiotic ordering pattern is seen from IAF. 83 I st lot = 4 squadrons without 5 trainers 123 2nd lot = 6 squadrons with 9 trainers shortage. No clue when the next squadron/s of Rafaels will be ordered. What's going on, IAF, MoD, RM & PM ????????

2030 tak kewal deal hi final hogi.😂
Lagta hai "babu sahab" ne lunch ke baad paan khaya tha wo ab tak mu me hi hai, jab khatam hoga tab shayad MRFA ki file ki or dekhenge
Why Mrfa project worth over 20 billion dollars is a drain of money!!
We will have 11 squadron of light weight fighters Tejas mk1a- 220+
Under medium weight- We will develop atleast 6 squadron of Tejas mk2-120 (strong possibility of 80 more)and 2 squadron of Rafale -36.
Talks are also ongoing to modernize 3 squadron of mig 29 under upg2.0- 51
Under heavyweight category we will upgrade atleast 150 su30 mki. Some report says all 250 will be upgraded in batches. Also 11 newly built su30 mki.= 161-261
So around 550-650 fighters based on number of fighters upgrade in super Sukhoi will be upgraded to minimum 4.5gen
So what technology IAF is looking to get transfer under Mrfa project?? what new technology will IAF get by buying Rafale??
The project made sense in 2010, but not now!!
Instead I see few other alternatives which can benefit both IAF and also technologically staying updated.
The best option for IAF would be to join UK's tempest program. The reason I feel this is best option for us is as follows
You not mentioned AMCA. Is it possible to roll out by 2030?
That's 2035 onwards when jags go out
Tejas mk 1 and Tejas mk 2
Jai Hind
What idiotic ordering pattern is seen from IAF.
83 I st lot = 4 squadrons without 5 trainers
123 2nd lot = 6 squadrons with 9 trainers shortage.
No clue when the next squadron/s of Rafaels will be ordered.
What's going on, IAF, MoD, RM & PM ????????
Where is AMCA in your analysis???
2045
Squadron ki size choti karke 42 achieve karne ka kya logic hai 😢
Kaha choti ho rhi hai ek squadron me 18-22 fighter hote hai to 42 squadron me indian air force ke paas 770-800 fighters honge jo enough hai two front war ke liye
Kyu jaguar ko 2035 tak rakhna hai??
❤

Instead of concentrating on mrfa which is dead project and wasting money on it we can buy 3 or 4 more squardons of rafale and 4 to 6 squardons of tejas mk2 and concentrate and ivest money on amca 15+ squardons and and start developing sixth generation fighter jet medium/ heavy weight category fighter jet
F4 was not ready yet buying f3 will be a stupidity now, that's why IAF will place order for 114 Rafale by 2025
@souvikdey6648 bro I am not talking or f5 I am talking about buying 3 or 4 more squardons of rafale and instead of wasting tax payers money on mrfa we can invest on amca 15 + squardons and start concentrating on sixth generation fighter jet ( medium / heavy) category fighter jet
@@RajathHathwar I'm also taking about rafale,
Currently france have Rafale for version which Iaf has purchased in 2016
More upgraded F4 version will inducted by 2025 so it's better to place order after 2025 so that we can get most updated versions of Rafale
Khali plan hi ho Raha hai 😂
Yeh updates to 1980 se chal rahe hae🙃
Bhai har mulk 5,7 saal main fighter jet develop kar lete hai hum hi kyu 25,30 saal main nahi kar pa rahe esa kyu
Aaj se 3:59 milna shuru ho jayegi...abe sale Aaj 2024 hai...kahan hai Tejas😊😊😊😊
Tejas Mark 2 is now Dead.
