Hey guys, someone in the comments (@justlg3359 ) pointed out that you're supposed to add loctite 648 around the bushing. I didn't do that on mine but it's holding so far, apparently it wasn't always a requirement. So, probably best to do that. Thanks for the catch @justlg3359

Very good repair bro, but ddi u add the loctite 648 which makuloco did which is required for the bushing? I didn't see u add it

Thanks man , I did not add any loctite onto the bushing if that was the question. I didn’t see any one else doing it in my research, I might be wrong though

@@luenyoni6603 there is a tbs that says it needed for the repair, check it out it's Ford tbs 16-0043, also check makuloco video again to see it. Another question, how is the vehicle doing now? Any leaks? How long has it been since the repair?

@@justlg3359 Hey, sorry for the late response but I'll look into the loctite requirement. It's been almost a year since I did the repair and no leaks yet and I'm a delivery driver so I put a lot of miles into it.

@@justlg3359 You're absolute correct, I rematch the video and he put loctite on it, mine seems to fine so far without, hopefully it holds.

@@luenyoni6603 I did the exact repairs with the help of a mechanic, and I use the loctite 648, that loctite is to hold it in place so it doesn't move. Mines is good too. Also does your escape have bad idle vibrations at idle while AC is on? Also when u did a drain and fill of the trans how much did u add in?
