SpongeBob SquarePants will always be Nickelodeon's biggest brand, but the Nick series that have always come the closest are Rugrats, Fairly Odd Parents, or Avatar: The Last Airbender, and it's showed over the last decades. Rugrats was the original face of Nickelodeon for a long time until that fell off in popularity throughout the early 00's combined with the rise of SpongeBob leading up to its movie... but Rugrats gave us All Grown-Up... the weird Angelica Preschool Daze era, and now a CGI reboot on Paramount Plus. Fairly Odd Parents continues to have new movies, specials and series nonstop. Avatar: The Last Airbender gave us an epic failed movie and gave us the Legend of Korra sequel, and I'd argue that Avatar became more popular even after it ended over the years. Now we have this live-action adaptation which just got renewed for seasons 2 & 3.

I still haven’t seen the new live-action Avatar. Does anyone here recommend it? Also, M Night Shymalan’s The Last Airbender will always be an abomination.

I think my biggest issue with the series was the dialogue followed by how hit or miss the story changes/new material was. I’m not sure i have the faith that they can shoot 100% with their changes in the new seasons but if they can atleast get us more subtle dialogue, smoother characterization and better character development then im with you. This could be great!

"Can be the greatest adaptation to live action we have seen" Everything looks good next to a pile of dog dodo. It was not even mid as everyone say, it's worse. If a show needs to tell you whats happeing, how they are feeling and the lore then someone dont know how to write a script. One of the bigets problems with anime is that some shows tell you insted of showing you and this show did just that, told you everything insted of showing.
