The revived Roman Empire wouldn't contain all the old geographical lands of Rome, but rather the intent, the spirit, the Institutions, the foundational (Roman) Law base, much of what is still the descendant Romansh populations of Rome (The Gauls, the Celt-Iberian's, the Germans, etc.,) the religious intrusiveness, and all the pompous Imperial blasphemy of the anti-Christ.
