Sewage Destroys Garden

The pain of having to destroy the things that you raised from a seed, because of sewage flooding the neighborhood. There is a bird chirping in the wind that the borough had shut the sewage valve before the storm hit. Common sense says / dictates, that with a high storm coming in, you keep the release valves open to keep ANY sewage from entering folks homes.
