When I am craving something sweet, I always ask myself, “am I willing to make it myself?” If I am, then I know I really want it and I deserve a treat. If not, then I don’t need to go spend more money to buy some overly processed junk food. It’s also a great way to keep my sweets a little healthier since I can monitor what goes into the food I make. Magdalena Owsiany It helps me to keep basic baking ingredients on hand like dark chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand is great!), oats, pure maple syrup, flaxseeds/chia seeds, raw nuts, bananas, etc. If you find a few recipes you like, just keep the basics around so you don’t need to run to the store and be tempted to buy junk. I hope that helps!!

However, the 2-week challenge is as long as you should go without further nutritional advice for each individual. Again, I can't say enough about how grateful I am for all you do for your community. Hey Valeria I think if you do the thickness of the last recipe a bit thicker, you can even cook it in the oven as like really cookies! There is a recipe called anzac cookies with oatmeal i was doing that by substituting with healthier options for sugar and stuff and they were the most crunchiest tastiest thing ever. I believe these choc oatmeal cookies would be as good as them in oven too. Maybe try next time and have a look at anzac cookies! I was putting oats, shredded coconut, coconut oil, maple syrup, berries and butter. Yummmm
