You are wrong about houses being the same style in every sector, same as Europe and America. In Europe and America every fifth and sixth houses are allowed as a same floor plans but not every other house.

The DCK is designed at a concept of spanish town planning and a theme of villas, therefore initially the map was floated with cul-de-sac streets, but later it was changed into conventional shaped plots and streets, after observing low prices of the plots in market which were facing/touching cu-de-sac (closed end of street with extra land). As of now the elevation of each bungalow is mandatory to be spanish whether you build it yourself.
