Lex P always brings rationale and logic back to the topics! Thank you for speaking up for us 9 to 5 er's who do hustle. I know several 9 to 5 er's who started businesses with their 9 to 5 CHECKS! And some kept their 9 to 5 for the medical insurance and until their businesses took off. So lets stop the negative narrative about 9 to 5 er's. Cuz truth be told. ALL of us are or have been them.

Having topics like this on the show, shows that you guys really take the time to come up with content that will help & be beneficial to your viewers. You can entertain us all day (literally with every episode) but discussing important topics that we need to hear, or even topics that we may not think are that important, but are still interesting to learn about, are truly what makes a great show. It sets you apart from other podcasts because it’s basically a 1-stop shop 😂. We get laughs, relationship talk, sex talk, serious real-life situations and just overall straight gems from you guys. I’ve been a listener for like almost a year now & I see the growth in every new episode. This is a top tier podcast & this was a top tier episode! Also, props to Wall Street Trapper for being a breath of fresh air when it comes to men!

Every episode gets better honestly! Love the long ass episodes!! I love that Lex was speaking for the 9-5ers I def think everybody working doing something for them selves is hustling honestly. Waking up everyday going to that 9-5 trying to execute ever project you do plus more getting them skills getting them raises leveling up that’s all a hustle to me and mind you all 9-5s aren’t the same. So it’s really about the person and their lives to me I don’t think being a “hustler” should be based on if you work a 9-5 or if you a run a business/are an entrepreneur. Y’all definitely just put so many people on tho that’s why I love this podcast!

If you’re in a 9-5 as a lawyer, doctor, etc. I wouldn’t personally say that they aren’t hustlers because it takes a lot to get those titles. Then there are those who are working towards a private practice or maybe just a promotion within their corporate job and that also takes work.
BUT at the same time there’s plenty of other 9-5s that aren’t challenging and they just stay complacent in out of fear of losing that sense of stability like he mentioned.
At the end of the day, I just don’t thinking opting to do something from the ground up and or potentially illegal versus something safe and stable makes you more of a hard worker if that makes sense. One route just requires being willing to take risks for a potential big reward. Everybody’s hard work isn’t guaranteed to result in these great results which is why people just stay in their lane so to speak
    Great convo ladies and GENT!

I actually like this podcast… trap always dropping knowledge on us 💯 and you ladies were asking the right questions! One thing I dislike about successful people is that when you ask them “well how did you get to this level of success?” They’ll tell you something like..”you just have to do it!” Or something simple like that.. I feel like they don’t really want to see us on their level of success fr. They don’t get into depth about the things they went through to get there. But I loved every minute of this episode ❤ if you’re reading this I pray you gain the confidence to get through whatever situation you are in and get to the top of the mountain to tell your success story 🎉

  • @Liviliv_

I didn’t agree with him initially but I feel like all he’s saying is reimagine what success looks like for you outside of what America tells you success is. I also think Lex and drea’s point can coexist you can recognize that people are afforded certain privileges and no one starts on the same starting line and knowing that still believe that you are going to succeed and do the things that bring you joy. Everyone deserves to feel that way

I give y’all this episode, I like how they got a different point of view taught by the trapper instead of just talkin crazy shit to each other 😂 but this was helpful for women n men to understand wealth, building, and communication

One thing that I’m loving now is that RUclips suggesting channels like y’all on my feed & I learn so much vital information about the world & even myself just from watching y’all videos. This may be one of my favorite videos I’ve ever seen on RUclips especially directed for young black creatives who are investing in themselves. I’m inspired to really start taking my producing hobby seriously because I want to wake up & do it every single day.

We as minorities need to reprogram ourselves from what our parents taught us because my grandmother always taught me and my brother save money save money put your money in the bank. I've been saving since I was 16. I've been able to save more once I graduated I didn't go straight to college I went back to college later on but now that I'm LPN I have more money saved up. I'mso so happy that I went back to college. He's teaching his daughter valuable lessons and coping skills financially which is so amazing as a young black man. I have to salute this brother and give him his flowers 💐💐💯💯🤞🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 for teaching his daughter about financial literacy.

I’m only 20 mins in. I literally work 8-5 Mon- Thursday. I’ve had one business since Feb 2019. I’m opening 2 more by the end of April. My father just gifted me another business that should be open by august of this year. I have 3 more businesses to open by 2027. I’ve literally been budgeting my paychecks since 2019. I use almost every penny I have outside of bills towards my businesses. I invest the money I make from it and invest back into my businesses. Im in bartending school now and I start Nail Tech school in May. Im just trying to have multiple streams.
My friends already know don’t ask me to go on vacations. If I have to save to go somewhere I’m not doing it. Give me 5-6 years and I will prosperous. This job I have NOW. It’s my LAST JOB. I am nottttt working for anyone else. I love this episode. Thank you Ladies. 💗🖤
