Wheelchair Option is Given Mostly From Counter Now a Days But U can Prebook Wheelchair On call After Providing your Flight Ticket Details whichever Airline u can Opt the Same But Kindly Call Them Once the Flight is Booked so they will Guiding you the Same as Policy Vary Airlines to Airlines....

I have searched now for this because my mother will come to US but she has zero knowledge on everything that happens inside airport and will come alone... That's why we have heard that wheel chair option will help such people.... But we are in dilemma whether that option really works...

My grandmother is 70 yrs old and will be flying for the first time . She can't walk for long distance and I have opted wheelchair assistance for her . As she will be flying for the first time alone and can't read/speak English/Hindi .
How she will be able to get the assistance from the airport to the flight ?
I meant to ask from where she will ask for assistance as this is her first time .
