    I purchased both the E-Jet sizes because of your videos and the confidence they gave me in this product. Love your streams!

    First thank you for taking the time to do the video. I have my own YT, Twitch and folks don’t realize the time spent dealing with hardware behind the screen. Anywho, just got the E190 Freighter. After a bunch of hours in the 737 I thought it’ll be different but it can’t be that different. I now wish I would have just started with the E-Jets and got a foundational knowledge of systems before being exposed to VNAV (basically press a button, drink your coffee, and play on the iPad until it is time to land). Really truly thanks for the video so I could get the correct flows and thanks for all the work that happens off screen to bring us quality content.

    V1 thanks for this video! I dissected it and created my own flows for flying the E-Jet properly. I learned so much from this video on how to do that, so thank you again.

    Comment to feed algorithm. It was great though. You're the guy who convinced me to get this one and it's awesome.

    Great vid. I’ve dusted this plane off and have really been enjoying it now that I understand how to fly it. Thank you!

    V1 - did you fly for RPA during the frontier Midwest express experiment?

    Have you tried cycling the source button to clear the FMA to “unfreeze” the flight path vector?

    V1- have you flown the e-jets on x-plane. If so how do they compare?

    Hello! I enjoyed this whole stream and especially the end part when you told us how to bind the knobs on the honeycomb. One issue I am having. Whenever I am binding the heading bug. I select button 19 then turn the dial to add button 13. But then it won’t let me validate it. It just keeps highlighting the scan bar waiting for me to do something. How did you get it to allow validation?

    • @V1Sim
      @V1Sim  6 месяцев назад +1

      Rotate the the button 19 back away from the “HDG” position to “unselect” it. See if that works

    FYI wind will NOT affect the decent angle. If you set 3 degrees and you have a 10kn headwind it will pitch and power to maintain the 3 degrees. If the wind moves to a 10kn tailwind your descent rate will increase (due to the increased groundspeed) but you will maintain the set 3 degree descent. your deck angle, descent rate and throttle position will change to maintain that three degree descent angle .

    Hi V1, I did notice my build is 6850 on the 190 I’m flying. Not sure what difference might be.

    Hey V1, I think a couple of us have been noticing as of late, your streams are especially quiet. And then everytime an ad plays, I get blasted. For next time, maybe turn up your master volume a bit...a lot.
    Amazing stream as always otherwise.

      @@V1Simhere's a question for you: would it be safe to say SPDe is like THR CLB/THR DES and SPDt is like SPD in Airbus terminology?

    • @V1Sim
      @V1Sim  6 месяцев назад

      @@gurukn not quite, thrust clb is more like speedT. It’s more like open climb open descent

    • @gurukn
      @gurukn 6 месяцев назад +1

      @@V1Sim really? Because from what I gather, speedE makes the thrust remain constant, just like OP-CLB, yes, but isn't there a separate column for that - FLCH?
      One rarely sees a large creator keeping a YT Comment thread going, so I'm genuinely impressed and humbled.

    • @V1Sim
      @V1Sim  6 месяцев назад +2

      @@gurukn not quite comparable, there’s similarities but you gotta think Brazilian not French. Open climb/des is fixed thrust at either climb thrust or idle, so most similar to speedE however the similarities stop there. Would have to start lining up the other columns to make true comparisons like FLCH/FPA VNAV etc and at that point it wouldn’t make sense because the bus doesn’t have flch or vnav but rather fpa and managed DES/CLB etc

    I like 190 more too. Could Iask why is flying in sim more difficult than in real? I have PPL and fly in New York and specialy landing I find easier :-)

    bought or leased.. its some sort of an arrangement with xcrafts. we will never know. but we know they will redo the texturing of the VC.. its been a long term task of theirs... its hilarious, they released this 2 years ago almost and it just started being useful with this patch you are using in this 4 month old video. fast forward to today, these are some of the most fun planes for the game. the places ive taken then e170 just make me rejoice. they fly great if you set your controls right. otherwise they fly like a brick with the weight of a feather. i had to take a deep dive setting the virpl for these. and all the people crying about the vnav kek. i hope they never finish it. its gatekeeping the casuals away from these and that feels great. its a flying plane, not a clicking plane. anyway, felt like sayin that
