Short selling should be illegal. Naked short selling is illegal, but Hedge Funds still do it knowing if they get caught the SEC will just give them a small fine that they dont even have to admit guilt over. Obviously they make way more money than they are fined, so this just incentivises them to baked short even more! The markets are fooked!!!
