It was a privilege to have a window into the mind of a brilliant athlete and more importantly , although he would be too humble to admit , courage and incredibly insightful human being who faced such horrible discrimination and bullying . I have watched this so many times , trying to learn from him.
RIP Arthur, he died a few months after this interview. Such an interesting and wise person. McEnroe was an absolute toy throwing man-child when held against the grace, poise and intellect of Ashe.
