Wei has come back from the dead and has lost all his faith. Lan is reassuring Wei that he can overcome his painful past and that this time everything will be okay and that he can become strong again. This is my interpretation. But feel free to interpret however you like. All in all, this video is about both, Lan and Wei. Every time I read a new chapter of the novel, I'm overwhelmed by the love Lan has for Wei. He literally worships the guy. Whatever he does, he does it for Wei. And I love how oblivious Wei is.
