I spent $43 for a meal for two at a cafe last week. I compared it to last year and the same 2 meals would've cost me $30 just a year ago. This is why I don't eat out as much as I used to.
I would have to have mustard on the corndog and ketchup on the onion rings! I agree with keeping loads of quarters, just in case, especially when you’re on the road.❤
You have a good way to boil water? You can get 1.75 liters e kettle ,shop for food that say add hot water. Get a thermos too. You will save money. Could use 12v warming devices to put TV dinner in those 8 oz small pig $1.18 heat perfect in 12 volt pizza oven.
As a kid in Michigan, there was a specialty little shed-like place next to the channel of Lake Michigan, in Grand Haven, Michigan, where they had musical water fountains at night with lights. The owner of the shed made homemade corn dogs, which he named them "Pronto Pup". You can google it. The batter he dipped the dogs in was homemade and tasted like a cake doughnut. He'd ask what you wanted on it and then with a paint brush, he would brush along the pup with mustard and / or catsup. It's still open and they charge $1.75 each. They've been open for 77 years and always have a line. I think you should make your own onion rings. They are so good with the beer batter. Stay safe.

So many deer! Loved that buck. wow. I haven't had a corn dog in eons; not since the kids were young and they're heading towards their high 40s. I had them with brown mustard. I'm weird about that: hotdogs with mustard and cheeseburgers with ketchup. the end.
I thought about some people might not even eat corn dogs. I love them and usually just eat them when I am running around and need something fast and small. Yes, hotdogs with mustard. I think I can eat ketchup on anything dog or burger. But, I love mayo on my cheeseburgers! Hope you are staying cool where you are.
I think onion rings are more expensive pretty much all the time as compared to french fries. Maybe because they’re more labor-intensive? That said, I’d like mine with barbecue sauce, please! And for the corndog, somebody else turned me onto this a year or so ago and I thought it was really weird, but I was wrong - try adding honey. I think part of the reason that works so well is that a corn dog is kind of adjacent to cornbread.

Good Question! It usually depends on the person or company working on it. Sometimes if the truck and camper won't fit in their bay they will ask me too take the camper off. I had brakes installed a couple of years ago and I had to take it off. But when I had my truck worked on at the dealer in Yuma a few years ago at the Dodge dealer they were fine with leaving it on.

Here in Utah we have fry sauce (ketchup & mayo). But when I make fry sauce I use ketchup & ranch dressing. So good.😊

Just as Debra said, we had the footlong corndogs there at Tyson Wells and they serve them with honey and it is really good.

How do u get maintenance done on your rig? Do u drop the camper then get the truck worked on?
Good Question! It usually depends on the person or company working on it. Sometimes if the truck and camper won't fit in their bay they will ask me too take the camper off. I had brakes installed a couple of years ago and I had to take it off. But when I had my truck worked on at the dealer in Yuma a few years ago at the Dodge dealer they were fine with leaving it on.
