Great job as always, Leo! Looks as good as new.
Ti Amo Fj still tons of work on it but it is exciting seeing it transforming 😊
@@GermanTech-Motorworks Yup..as in driving these beasts, the journey in restoring one is just as er...'therapeuthic'..no? Except maybe not so for the person coming up with the cheque!😁😁
Brilliant, but ditch the background noise (canned music) or a least change it.
Skilled hands....and as always, patience...👍
Hazard David patience is the key 😊

i know im randomly asking but does anyone know of a method to log back into an Instagram account??
I stupidly lost the login password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me!
@Aiden Grayson Instablaster :)
@Louis Ernesto Thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and I'm trying it out now.
Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Louis Ernesto it worked and I actually got access to my account again. Im so happy!
Thank you so much, you saved my ass :D
@Aiden Grayson happy to help :)
Thanks for the video with the nice swabian accent. Als Schwabe hat man den halt...
Aber klar doch. Und da sind wir auch stolz drauf :-)
Great video! Will this be the same for 964 guages?
Yes, that will be pretty much the same. Later 964's have the rev meter housing made of plastic, you wanna be extra cautious with that.
@@GermanTech-Motorworks thanks for the response!
What is the best solution to clean the dial itself (once the glass is removed) ? I suppose acetone would wipe out the dial paint whereas soapy water is sometimes not enough to get rid of all the dirt - so what should it be?
Hi Tom, I've used simply common glass cleaner. It worked well as the dials aren't really dirty as they where protected by the glass over the years.
Hello, Beautiful video. Can you buy new bezels for 993? And is there a different way to press the bezels on to eliminate the crimping? Nick
There is a rather expensive special too for it. Its basically a roller that presses it on. For most people who probably do this once in a life time surely an unnecessary investment.
Germantech Motorworks Sdn. Bhd. Sorry to bother you but where are you based? I wonder what it would cost to ship my engine to you for a complete rebuild?
@@duc99804 we are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Hi, I would like to know the cost of a gauges retauration ?
That is very subjective to the condition of the gauges. They would have to be inspected in order to estimate a cost.
which sandpaper used? which spray paint used? thanks
I'm using a wet 800 grit paper & acrylic mat black, but it depends on the ring condition.
@@GermanTech-Motorworks thank you very much
