Not dumb at all. Unfortunately it has to be in rest mode. The further you’re away the longer it takes to wake up the PS5 and connect.

@@jay_180 I’ve only used it on WiFi though I think I remember reading that you’re able to use mobile data as long as it’s high speed. I know they have updated a lot of things and think that was one of them.
