This is a real Wing Chun master who has students, great sharp moves and footage of him taking down opponents, not these fake guys you see a lot who get knocked out by one punch or kick. :)
They are great but they will run away when they meet real MMA fighters.

This elbow, or my palm strike. was how I'd change tires that rust set against the car with fifteen pounds of force. For my 12 hour shift. .... Walking for the sledge was across the shop. I needed to save time. And the tires weren't deflated until off the vehicle. So it was full of air at least lol.
But tbh changing tires and practicing combat. Roll out awesome
