LH101 no worries, I will say one improvement, which is including more of the CVR in the video and ATC as well, the font did appear wonky with the size appearing big and small in parts, Apart from that, it’s really really good. Thank you

I still cant understand why in a climb after takeoff the pilots would trust the overspeed indicator for that long with all other instruments going off. Maybe its the tunneling effect that you stop to see the full picture and focus on just one thing. And in this case, this thing was the broken overspeed alarm. If u hear too low terrain u must trust it and climb as fast as possible. The ATC did a terrible job here only confusing the pilots more

Even though it was his fault that his carelessness caused the plane to crash, I'm certain it was an honest mistake. Feel bad for both the passengers and the maintenance worker.

But how could a tape causing readings to go crazy

A maintainence worker on the ground covered the inlets of the pitot and static ports under the wings with grey metallic tape while he cleaned and polished the wings following some bird strikes the aircraft took flying into Santiago. The pitot static tube system is where the most essential of the aircraft's instrument readings, such as air speed, altimeter and altitude, get their data. These are the instruments that were going haywire on this flight and it was because the maintenance worker who polished the wings left the tape covering the air inlets when he was finished. Not only that, the supervisors in charge who signed off on the job did not notice the tape, nor did the captain while doing the pre-flight inspection. With no airflow through those tubes because of the tape covering them, the pilots were barraged with fault and warning alarms in the cockpit and their instrument readings were not correct. They were flying at night, blind, over the ocean without functioning basic instruments which lead to improperly operating the aircraft and crashing. And the instruments were not functioning properly because of the tape covering the sensors air flow! That's how the tape brought them down. An easily preventable error that killed many people all started with tape covering vital sensors
