For a Chief Marketing Officer, he was able to provide remarkably little actual information and do it in the most inarticulate manner possible. "This is four inch barrel." FFS. "This is gun. Me shoot gun. This is four inch barrel."
Yea, the ACRO on compacts/micro compacts crowd is just goofy imho, especially when optics like the EPS Carry exist and don't provide that much smaller (if at all) windows. The ACRO's window is goofy small for what it is.
I carry appendix, and while I normally like a shorter barrel for that, the CS tends to be top heavy when carried appendix. It kind of wants to rotate around/over the belt sometimes. Sometimes a slightly longer barrel helps to stabilize guns. That's my main hope. @@OFFICIALUND
Nowhere... You can almost tell design wise they were heading and the true design 9mm magazine should be. The V3/CS grip is the future universal in size grip but all this transition won't happens overnight. @@notjeffgoldblum8294
So we now have a C & CS. But what happens to the C2!?!? Is it Discontinued, OR Still a possible Update coming since it has larger Barrel and slightly larger Grip than CS
Yep. I saw this coming a year ago. Waiting on the announcement of the interchangeable proprietary mags with the CS. So what are we looking at, plus 2, plus 3 capacity? How far will the rabbit hole extend, P model?
So the CS is 3.5, the C will be 4.0, I’m sure they’ll make something like a P between 4.4 or 4.5 which would be next year I’d bet money, and an XC equivalent based on the new platform.
What makes this a "Race gun" other than being a 2011? The fluted barrel wouldn't be there on a race gun if you were maximize weight, it would also have a bigger grip. And an optic with a larger window that is frame mounted, like Staccato used to make, back when they were called STI and actually made race guns.
I’m not the RUclips safety police by any means, but after watching another “RUclipsr” point a red dot mounted on a pistol at several people heads on purpose (at 2024 shotshow), I can appreciate how you locked the slide back while you were spinning the gun around.
@@martinover7927 you’re referring to a different video, and it doesn’t matter if it’s real or not. It was a pretty realistic looking gun and you don’t do stupid shit like that, especially around people who carry guns for a living and take firearms safety seriously. One of the most dangerous jobs out there at shotshow is a range safety officer trying to keep “guntubers” from shooting themselves or somebody else. Half of those guys are clowns and firearms enthusiasts who claim to be some authority in the space. The guy you were talking about was pointing red dots on pistols at peoples heads, in their booth. It was poor form and any self respecting military/police guys would have slapped that shit out of his hands.
Make this like the xc. You know it will sell if ppl can afford it. By the time it comes out they will cost 7k I like this one and the heritage. But I have to use my c2 limited and p Sf I can’t make enough money to keep up with all the stuff i want.
Everyone involved in this video needs retraining. In the least, you need barrel length, capacity, weight, cost and availability. We got 3 of 5 which is 60%.
Worst CMO. How are we supposed to care or be excited about your new product when you’re woefully unprepared and unenthusiastic to tell us about it? I’ve met more energetic and informed interns.
his lack of enthusiasm and overall hype for the company he represents has nothing to do with him not providing more details. the CMO is supposed to be the ultimate hype guy for the company and this guy would make me not want a Staccato if this video is the only thing I saw about them.@@chltmdwp
The compact Staccatos 1911s are sweet but i can't understand why they cost in Europe 3 x times more than in usa. That's not okay for such a price increase. A staccato P with optic cut costs easily 5,5grand. That is crazy. Staccato should make something against this price rise in Europe.

Brutal, but you're absolutely correct!

I was thinking the exact same thing. “Ya, here’s our new pistol. I’m going to stand here covering it up with my booger hooks.”
That thing is sexy, but looks totally ridiculous with the Acro lol.

I'm a buyer. I love my CS, but always wanted a 4". XC version next please...with extendo mags for it too please!
I have a P, and was strongly considering the CS to go along with it. Why did you want the 4" barrel for the CS?

@@erikdunbar4451 o.k. Thx.
We need 4.25” mini xc with extended mag and steel/aluminum options

The proportions look so much better than the CS. The real question is this vs the C2!
the C2 will retired soon

Imo, this. Unless there is something flawed about the design of course lol. Looks great, if a bit expensive.

It'll be nice to offer all other models with this grip as well. Looking for a day where I can purchase an XC with the compact grip.
I’m assuming this uses a new toolless guide rod assembly?
This grip will end up on all staccatos. In time.

Is it double stack or single stack and how many rounds does it take the CS magazines
1:03, same grip as the CS.
16 +1 1.5 stack like the p365 style magazines

Race stripes milled in the slide duh

they're really missing the mark by not coming out with a staccato that replaces the P365
