The McDonald's mom is the one being the Karen! If her brat's are screaming so loud people can hear them on the other side of the restaurant she needs to tell them to quiet down. We live in the country, they can be as loud as they want, run all over, jump on things, climb things but when we are in public, they are expected to behave. It’s ok to laugh & giggle as long as it’s not obnoxious to where it’s disturbing others.
