I'm a Realtor & was a teen & 20's in the 70's. As far as en-suite bedrooms it really depends on the era the home was built. Most homes before 1965 do not have them. Those built 1965 on do. The color schemes of the 70's was Avocado Green, Harvest Gold and Orange! My Mom's house was Avocado Green... Shag carpeting, appliances and formica counters were all the same color! LOL! Loved this build, thanks!
Omg that is so cool, thank you for sharing this! Super interesting. And everything the same color in the kitchen?? that sounds awesome, I NEED to give that a try in the Sims!! 😂 glad you enjoyed the build, thank you for your lovely comment!
I love the vibes of this house! Feels like the parents are very proud of their 70s home and don't want to update it and make it too modern. And teen room really makes me want to purchase High School Years! Also, about en suites, you are correct that they are extremely common in the US. More homes/apartments probably have them than not.
My house that I grew up in was not an expensive house… very blue collar… and my parents had an on-suite bathroom… so I guess it is pretty normal in the US….
