I recently found this washer/dryer combo that can be placed inside a counter like a dishwasher. I'm from the States but I LOVE seeing different house lay outs in others places. I noticed in some places in Europe (please correct me if I'm wrong) it is common for a washer to be in the counter of a kitchen..? Thinking now, and excuse the rant but it would of work great if EA allowed this per this pack, especially how it's common. The laundry in TS3, I believe there was 3 or 4 different kinds of washer/dryer to choose from. However, it's a space saver even in bathrooms instead of making a completely different room or attempt to fit it in somewhere. I like the small upkeep and the vacuum which is the only kit I bought because it's that small realism to keep ones home tidy when taking a break with skilling and work.

I find the style and all the colours so refreshing! You definitely nailed the retro vibe and the whole apartment turned out so cute 😊 and the encased necklace trick was really clever!! But now I'm curious to know how to dry your hair, if not with a blow dryer 😝 haha..
Absolutely loved how you designed this build. The living room is awesome loved all the rugs you used in the build and really loved the grandma and kids room and yes jewelry boxes would be cool.
I’d love to see you do a build that’s like sort of like the family and Shazam where it’s a whole bunch of kids or teams in each of them is kind of like a different click. Like what is it athletes one’s really like nerdier academic. One is more into fashion and make up one is more of an artist one is goth etc. and all these teens that may or may not get along sharing this home

Great build but I'm shocked people can actually use this world without it looking like a water world. Mine has been glitched for months still so I haven't been using it much.
Thank you! Hoping they fix it soon! Sometimes mine is like that, sometimes it isnt. Not sure what determines it. I know its something they're working on fixing though!
If you hold down the ALT key, it allows you to smoothly place items, also if you have the camera set to the sims 3 camera vs 4, it will allow you to freely rotate items as well. To change the camera, click the icon of the camera, it's in the top right corner.
