the image you given[nginx] is open source image or you previously created image and skipped explaining in the video.
nginx:latest is a public image stored in Docker hub. I forgot to mention it in the video. Thanks for the feedback

You can create a private ECR by selecting the private option while configuring an ECR
Why I am not getting cluster templates option while creating cluster in ECS?
You are not getting that option may be because you are using updated ECS UI
@@codewithgauri oh okay. I am not even able to select Role in the task definition ECS. Is there any other option to do this steps in updated UI?
I don't think so we have an option for selecting a role in the new UI...
