Really weird that while Mattel is pushing their brands further especially with the new Monster High releases and by bringing back brands like:My scene and ever after high,MGA on the other hand is destroying their brands just to save one...
According to The Doll Circle, the reason there are no wrist articulation, due to the toys being catered for children. It's a chocking hazard, and parents seems to be concerned about it. Which is why most Monster High G2 dolls don't have any wrists... and crappy cheap tacky clothes. Because they know they'll shred them like tissue. Still hate those slimes, are they sure those are safe for them. I don't trust kids enough not do anything stupid, like eating it, choking on it, Also ZombieXCorn says slimes, gain molds. Just thinking about it gives the shivers.
That makes sense in theory...but realistically it doesn't really stand.They removed the wrist articulation from OMG/tweens as well, and those have other very small accesories, comparable to the wrist pieces. Not to mention the tiny shoes lol surprise dolls have always included. And it boggles my mind how slime powder and glitter bags are consiered "safer".

If I were a parent, I’d just toss the slime in the trash where it belongs. I’ll just give my kids the doll herself, her pet, and her accessories. If parents didn’t like the slime at first which made MGA get rid of it before, why would MGA think it was a good idea to bring the slime back?? 😭
I'm definitely gonna miss Tony but I'm so very glad for him💕❤️! Hopefully that means more Alex cameos cause I was laughing so hard at the end🤭. I can't say I'm interested in the newest RH dolls nor I'm lamenting for the loss either(that goes for the tweens) so I'm definitely not gonna complain especially my wallet.
As a parent to an elementary school age child, slime isn’t allowed in my house. It’s worse than playdoh. I’ve had to throw out bed sheets and clothes more than once. (Tried the vinegar thing and all 😒)
Everytime I watch youtubers make the slime and grab that glitter, I start saying "NOOOO" at my screen like when people watch horror movies and see the main character go to investigate.
I ended up leaving my slime for sunny sit longer(by accident) but the slime turned out not so sticky. I skipped the glitter because i didnt it want it to get everywhere but lord and behold it ended up in sunny's jacket out of nowhere without me opening it😂
0:55 you laugh but my little sister got slime in her OG release Violet's hair and just threw out the whole doll! What a waste of money. And now that the dolls come with slime i'm sure so many kids are going to ruin their dolls hair or clothes with it.

Now that they’ve done this reboot, do you think there’s any chance of us ever getting a rainbow idol in a big massive beautiful ballgown? I’ve just gotten into rainbow high and they are destroying the brand and all I want is one dollar in a good quality, massive bowl gown as opposed to the mermaid silhouettes and I don’t think we’re gonna get it anymore. Maybe we’ll get it from these new story with Dolls? If those actually exists I will be pretty excited because I love fairytales I meant doll and ballgown. The lack of hand articulation is probably so that kids don’t get confused and break the hands off, and not making them removable is probably for choking hazards. I think the pets are kind of cute but I wish they weren’t clear…
At least poppy doesnt have to suffer looking like ass. Although sunny's doll slays(ive seen her in person) idk about skyler, like her face was cute but the outfit was atrocious. They did skyler dirty.
All the outfits are pretty ugly. I think MGA got tired of people using these dolls outfits for other dolls. So they decided to make them ugly so no one would want to put them on other dolls. Hopefully, they will do what Mattel does and do playlin and collector dolls.

The lil pets are kinda cute, but idk about that slime ish. I remember getting some of the poopsie slime surprise toys to try out with a friend when they were popular and being pretty disappointed by the quality of the slime. It was so runny and messy, and an absolute pain to clean out of toys, idk why they'd go back to that kind of gimmick. It seems like the kind of thing that would make parents less inclined to buy the dolls for their kids and cause a drop in sales.
