Thats a nice haul of soda i got some fago myself and about 75 pairs of flip flop sandals from dollar general and a lot of summer toys too. Sometimes it is too easy i too dump debris all over what i am trying to salvage and make it difficult lol and yes i scrap too. Nice makeup i think i told you about when maybelline had their factory here thousands of carded makeup thrown out every day, what a waste and i got an entire display of foster grant sunglases from cvs last winter, too.
Oh yeah that's crazy how much is thrown out.
Today was no exception 10/2 over 100 bags of orange vanilla creme m&ms in date #3 cases of pine sol 1case each of olives wizard air freshner drinking glasses totally awesome dish soap and a whole 30 gal. garbage bag of halloween decorations from just one dollar tree!!!@@voltdivin

Do you check the dates on the Cokes? I used to work in a large office and they gave away to us workers expired sodas. I noticed the diet sodas didn't taste good, flat and the aspertame? I guess was expiring or something.
Yes, we check them and usually, they are getting close to their best-by date or have just reached the date but are still good. They are not able to sell them if they have reached the best-by date.

I recently started diving after a few decades off. I can't climb into the dumpsters at this point, but yesterday I found two Sterilite drawer units, a small trash can, and a laundry hamper in an apartment building dumpster. A lot of the stores in my area lock their dumpsters to prevent illegal dumping. I found a bag of colorful fabric at Nordstrom Rack once. I should have checked what it was before I took it; it wound up being a bag of alteration scraps.

I wish people would have more understanding about the other people getting the food from the blessing box. I would not want someone taking video of me getting anything from the blessing box. Or one of the families that get donations from you. I just enjoy watching you dumpster dive and seeing all the stuff that stores deem trash. I don't feel the need to see anyone like that.
