Rox would just hit the person charging at Skye with a fire blast and the person charging at Skye would be defeated or at least badly injured.

Uh didn’t you recall that conversation between Sloane and Burning Wolf about how he did work with Midas before which means he must have found him after he teleported to the island and eventually they went their separate way so yes would remember one another
