Do you feel that the lens attachments damage the lens at all? And is it possible to put on a lens protector and attach the lenses such as the wide angle lens?
You can improve walking stabilization by pointing it forwards little bit and correcting angle from the dial so that lens points where you want. This works as now there is higher angle between vertical shock force and lens and it acts like suspension arm.
Just takes practise, ive seen people shooting crane shots with their body on the osmo while walking. Walk like a ninja😜 and connect your phone for better picture of what you are doing. Also helps with the extra weight.

Nice review. I came back yesterday from an Austrian ski trip with the Pocket. Before I used to use a Sony RX100 on a Crane M and what a pain. The Pocket is quick and simple. Image quality is awesome. I got the DJI "Go Pro" attachment and with a Joby flexible tripod I did some motionlapse without having to bury the Pocket in the snow (with USB-C connector at the bottom getting wet) or balancing it on a railing or ledge. It worked very nicely. Yes, the GoPro attachment does cover the phone adapter location but i didn't find that an issue especially after the mid-week 1.04 update DJI put out which meant I could adjust the Pro setting on the Pocket itself.
Do you feel the filters will stay on when using the osmo pocket while hiking? I would love to see you swing the pocket around to see how good the filters are at staying on.

Is it possible to edit nice video on a phone from the OP? I have a note 8, wondering if I can do video editing on my phone for a portable rig. Great review. Not sure if you would have tried this but does the battery discharge much when not in use? And if so over what time period? Reason for asking is I'm considering this as a camera to always keep with me so it's ready at hand whenever I randomly see something to film or B-Roll. But this would be less useful if say it discharges itself over a few days and I pull it out to use and find the battery charge too low. Bit of a random question! Thanks!

Great clear video. Thanks. Interesting how you mentioned it would be good as a b cam. From some of your shots it seems like it would possibly work as an A cam, certainly for low budget music videos etc. But still with a somewhat cinematic feel. It won’t rival Alexa Red etc but with some color grading who knows...
A comment about the noise when using D-Cinelike. I have also noticed this mainly in the corners and left and right edge of the footage. I find this a bit strange.
@@TheHybridShooter No, it is not just a coincidence. At least not on my device. I get a horrible reddish noise in the corners and left and right edges. Watch this video I did showing the issue. The 2 big updates with enabling pro mode without the phone and more importantly fixing the focus breathing (pulsing) I think finally makes this camera a very good option for run and gun type situations, family events and even for vlogging I would think.
