PK I’ve had over 12.5% growth in 8 months at Bribie Island due to the limited land supply this place is a gem- I picked up a 3,1,1 brick 🧱 home for 604k 100m from the beach 🏝️ it’s unreal. People are screaming for rentals as it’s mainly owner/occupied; Somewhere to look into my friend 😉
Thanks for the episode. Is there a way to help James get crisp audio quality like how your voice comes through, PK?
Great learning ❤
Did he say as we speak in January??
I hope current? It’s June
Property is ok...It's the oligarchy of powers surrounding the market ..That is the problem.Houses were built from the hands of the masses(common folk)The market is controlled by the few.Banks, councils, and Gov..This is a problem.
Australia is in the early stage of creating corporate landlord-ship, which is good for the gov, easier to manage and more tax income. You will see soon enough that big banks together with property corporations/trusts are buying up properties to control & "manipulate" the market.

At that point best to leave Aus
agree, and they are setting up the fall perfectly. Blackrock.

@@nicksun7619 no career politician or political party will fix/reverse the bad policies even if they have the power/opportunity to do it...they are all equally corrupt
Never, lol
From Novemberto June 2025 you’ll be negotiating some bargains. There’s already good deals out there.
Hi pk Do you follow the 18 year property cycle? How will that be impacted with the Australian housing shortage? Can you do a video on it please. 🙏
I’ve done a video on it :)
Please don't interview idiot journalists. This guy has no idea about property. Never take property advice from someone who sounds like they don't own any. Even 3% growth on property you bought on a 10% deposit is a 30% return on your cash, stick below 500k purchase and the rest is funded by the bank and renters. Try find an index fund that will return 30% or do it with stock and get margin called into oblivion. While the property doesn't remain at 3% but doubles or triples every 10 years or so.
You gotta take into consideration of 6% interest + all the maintenance cost every year. You’re looking at the property negatively geared approx $10k each year easily. And please don’t call someone an idiot when they’re just simply sharing sharing thoughts about the property market.
Okay Einstein, do I need to pick apart what you said than call you an idiot?! Dare me and i will.
