- We are getting closer! In this episode Bene will show you how you assemble your DIY-Kit in a step by step way. Easy to follow so you guys can easily work along with it!

Your mission:
Assemble your DIY kit, paint/decorate it however you choose, and play it.
What is important for us is that the DIY kits are presented as a creative way for musicians and non-musicians to build and design a playable instrument.
The community has to upload one video (max. 1 minute) of playing the final instrument (please note that the video and your social media accounts have to be public). Sharing content of the building process / making off (pictures or videos) is appreciated - so we can share them on our social media / in our blog.
On RUclips, please include #DIYKitChallenge22 in the title, otherwise include it wherever possible. These platforms are allowed: RUclips, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Facebook.
The public challenge will be open to the public from 12 pm (CET) on April 18th 2022 until June 19th 2022 at 11.59pm CET.

I’m doing this exact kit! Done mine in red & using aftermarket parts, but these are great for the price.
I’ve also added dowels instead of screws to get it a set neck.
That looks like fun!! I'm retired now... perhaps I'll try my first kit soon. I just wish your guys shipping wasn't so damn high.

Why aren’t you using any shielding ,you will not be able to play big concerts whitout a big fuzzy sound and electrical discharging trougout the pickups
It’s not supplied with the kit. I assume that’s the reason nothing added (except the finish).
Big concerts? With a $60 kit? Umm...
HUMBUCKERS! NO shielding necessary! But HIS buzzed! I think his earth wire failed!
@@DMSProduktions Yeah I believe the consensus is that hummers with shielded wire (or even not) is pretty well taken care of. But that ground wire is pretty important.
@@BoneheadGuitars I think he SCREWED it up! He plugged it in & it BUZZED like mad! Works 'perfectly' my arse! LOL!
So you have to have the frets and nut looked at before you play it? You couldn't get a better sales pitch lol.
Would love to have that semi hollow bass as a kit.
Don’t use a normal hammer for those studs. Rubber or use a piece of wood inbetween.

Better use rubber hammer than just smack it with a regular one, you can scratch it asf.
