Otherwise, no indication of the electricity. The fire was not a work, but Muta misting it was. The entrances were all outstanding, enhanced by the licensed songs. We were absolutely brutal on the Dudes. I've been to many Philly WCW shows from that era. Freebirds were always over with us.

The Dynamic Dudes theme song was the Beach Boys/Fat Boys rendition of "Wipeout". Not the Beastie Boys. It was a great novelty song in 1987, not unlike most of The Fat Boys catalog (See "The Twist", "Louie, Louie", and "Are You Ready For Freddy?"). However, I will concede that it lost some of its charm by being associated with the Dynamic Dudes.
I'd like to note that the Turner Home Video edition of this show does not have any of the promos on it. Judging by what I see here, perhaps that is a good thing.

The back end of his career between his back injury and ego did him no favors. I think great is being generous. Luger could work and he could have great matches but he had to be led to them. I will say he plays a better heel than good guy because frankly he comes off as insufferable prick.
