@@maethomas7135 What are you trying to make? Most of the embroidery software programs will work with any machine. So, you can sew with the machine you like most.
Does it tell you how much more time is added to the outcome when you change stitch size? Also, I'm curious on the details for the lowest your machine would allow :) thanks for this video
I have not timed the actual stitch difference. For one, I wouldn’t have the patience to stitch one out I know wouldn’t be as good of a quality as one with a shorter stitch that looked best in the preview. After that, to me the greater amount of time is not of consequence as any photo stitch takes a great amount of time, so what’s one more hour? There’s a peek into my brain. The smaller the stitch length the clearer the image. The software does limit the minimum stitch length so the concern about stitch out should net really be an issue.
Can these files be saved to be stitched out on industrial embroidery machines for production. It would be awesome if I would be able to send some photo embroidery designs as a DST file to my manufacturer.
@@QualitySewingWA That's awesome, thanks! One more question if you don't mind. Some industrial embroidery machines have software that can print out jpg/jpegs but those of course can only be printed out as an entire photo. They can't print png files with a transparent background. Is the custom tool very accurate for tracing around complicated shapes such as the sunflower in this video?
@@Devious1Funk You can use to trace around an object. The main benefit is to allow you to sketch (Freeform or over an image) to create your own design. If you want to trace around an image to use for regular digitizing, there is that ability in the main section of the software. If you have a stylus-type mouse, that is also helpful.
@@QualitySewingWA Wow. This might actually be the method I've been searching for to digitize certain objects or parts of a photo. Although I'm not sure if the limitation of colours would be a factor as 32 would be a lot and my manufacturer may not have the same thread charts available on the software. Black and white/Sepia or some sort of CMYK process might be doable though :) Again, Much appreciated!
Could you please include the name of that Software and where to get it that you're using? She is saying it so fast that I can't really understand what she said, and I can't read the program because the type is so small.
Wait, so I have to spend the money to purchase software and then spend additional money to be able to use the digitizing feature which turns my pictures turned into an embroidery image?
This video shows how to use embroidery software to create photo stitch designs. This software is a full-featured program that digitizes, edits and makes photo embroidery
If you get a nice photo from a source like Etsy, it should work the same was in the Floriani software. If you purchase an embroidery design from a third party, it is pretty much the way it is. It can not be converted into photo stitch.
We help people learn how to use their programs and machines. However, there are companies that will do what you are asking. You can find them in an online search.
It is an investment in the software program. You get all the updates FREE. This software is constantly improving and being updated and when you purchase the program you get all future enhancements at no additional charge.
The Total Control software is a great investment as you are able to get all the upgrades they release for FREE for the life of the program. There is no other program that offers that.
Thank you, Reva….can’t wait to get back to sewing…see you soon

so would this work for hand embroidery too? i’m new to this sorry!!
This is designed to turn your photo into an embroidery design for your machine to stitch out. It is not designed for hand embroidery.
what is the program called? does it work on mac ?
It's the Floriani Total Control software. You can learn more about it here www.qualitysewing.com/floriani-total-control-u-embroidery-software.html
Can I use this with the brother's 1900 machine?
You can use the designs created on any embroidery machine.
What machine does this program come with?
This is the Floriani Total Control software. It does not come with any machine. It is a separate program you can use with your machine.
I need this software. Can you give it. I need it a lot

Hey, do you know if there's a software online that I could use to do this and send it off to an embroidery designer?
Name ?
There is not one that we know of.
will this work also with buying designs off of Etsy?

I tested the photo 2 stiches from a very easy png file but it worked very bad
Can you use it on any embroidery machine
Yes!
how do I transfer a photo from my phone or pc to my machine
We would suggest that you email the image to yourself so that you can open and save it in your computer. Then, bring into your software
Please tell me how can change photo on stitch app??
What stitch app are you referring to? The tips from this video are specifically for the Floriani Total Control Software.
If I send you a picture can you make me a patch lol

im not paying $60 so i can use my own pictures they should be paying me to use my pictures
When you put them into the program you are the only person that has access to them. It does not allow others to stitch out your photos.
