Absolutely amazing and insightful here. As much as I have seen there is no "personal identity", no me the amount of stored Trauma from infancy onwards to the body has made it seem impossible to disidentify with this body. And there has been years of healing work but I think most was before Trauma, PTSD and CPTSD was very understood. There's an insight from this conversation here that I have desperately turned to awakening in the hope all the yet unhealed trauma would just dissolve. I hear all this stuff about how we are just sensations and to simply be in the sensations and have experienced this retraumatizing you speak of here Simon. Thanks for the book recommendation, sounds great. More Simon and Zdogg❤

I followed a lot of advice to lean into and stay with my symptoms, which just made my system more and more stressed. I took this increase in activation as a sign that my body was healing and releasing stress. It wasn’t, it was getting more and more overwhelmed.
Finding a way through this can be really tough.

Any chance you can make a music video for sterile processing!?! That would be awesome since most people don’t know we even exist!❤
