Take breaks and wear padded gloves, gloves that have antishock padding in the palms are helpful imo, and if you dont let your wrists fully heal that could cause issues in the future, but if you feel like you need to do quads i suggest you do light things like walking/trotting courses instead of jumping and running
I go full bare hands and feet lol I love the out side and getting dirty because I believe that we were not supposed to be in homes we were supposed to hunt food or eat grass stuff like that when I’m older I’m going to run away into the wilderness and live in a van

Without curling your fingers, you may break them or get hurt but if it hurts, try stretching your hands, It may help. If you have thick gloves try using those it may hurt less.
You're not supposed to make your hand a fist. You should bend your finger half way ish. The reason bending your fingers under your hand is important is because it reduces the chance of you breaking your wrist. (Sorry if that didn't make sense)
I haven't done physical activities for a long time and oddly enough this was one of the things that will probably help me a lot but for some reason when I started stretching, my legs were shaking a lot I don't know why, can someone explain if this is normal?
I wonder if it’s possible to get a trainer for this I am a Theron’s and haven’t found any friends near me that are also therians so it is difficult learning myself

i may be brand new to quadrobics but i imagine those shoes are awful on your knee's/ankle joints. i've walked barefoot my whole life so i plan on trying it out like that. your jump probably would feel better and smoother if your ankles range of motion wasn't contained, at least with my experience with parkour and similar sports you need flexible shoes or strong feet in order to keep from injury. thanks for the video though, its cool to see how others practice this, i just discovered it today actually.
I keep the top of my shoes loose so i can move an ankles around quiet well actually! But thank you for the tip, i just can get shoes spesifically for quads rn
With your fingers softly curled these less of a chance of breaking or spraining your fingers if you land wrong, its also imo hard to run with flats hands, i admit that sometimes the terrain might need you to use flat hands, also (assuming) if they have hyper mobility it might be why they feel flat hands are better
From what ive seen and experienced the paws are safer but if they feel more comfy with flat hands thats probably fine, theres just a bigger chance of breaking their fingers or bending them to far back if they land wrong or something

My wrists fucking hurt like hell. But i want to keep doing quadrobics outside ughhh its so fun but my wrists hurt SO much.
