Beautifully designed creatures and you've brought so much life to them. I think if the body wasn't as stiff and you lead its movement with the head, it might look more like it's swimming through water rather than air. But it's come together really nice and the full animation you made is outstanding.
Looks more like swimming than flying (swimming has more resistance, therefore the wings cannot beat as hard) but that does really fit with it being a water dragon.
