I think Vinnie's granddad was Welsh, that's why he was eligible to play for Wales.
Yep and the first time they went to play Ireland he forgot his passport as he'd forgot it was abroad lol!

@macphersonleedsunite and he was born in watford, england,,but i know that he's welsh :)
@macphersonleedsunite Um no actually he has a grandfather that is welsh thats how he was eligable to play for wales and hence the name jones so he's like 3/4 english and 1/4 welsh..
They should’ve kept the original cast going in th same way Iain hislop and Paul Merton are still on have I got news for you... brilliant show

@macphersonleedsunite It is odd how Jones is such a common Welsh name when there is no J in the Welsh alphabet.

not all jones are ofwelsh origin, and his grandmother had the surname jones. personally i think itsa stupid rule.
He only played for wales cause he couldn't make England team so went through his family tree to see who he could play for .

You have Welsh or Cornish ancestry. What other explanation can there be?
