Another great lesson Marc! Many thanks. I learned already a lot from your lessons. Really getting to understand the neck. Playing for about 6 months now and slowly i learn to combine scales and licks by my own thanks to your effective way of explaining step by step. I almost manage to master your lessons 'Slow Blues in C7 Eric Clapton style" and I found out myself to use them in other keys. So happy with my evolution.

That sounds great. That’s a real sign of progress if you learn something like a lick in one context but then can apply it in a different context

Thank you Marc as always a great lesson. Your the only one I’ve found that takes the time in go over each lick with tabs one by one. I’ve only been playing 9 months but you’ve helped me so much. Could you send me the Tab. Once agin THANK YOU 🎸

Thanks Jackie. That's great feedback. I know I have a tendency to talk too much, but I try to describe the tricker parts of each lick in a way that I think I'd find helpful if I watching.

Question Marc, I recently bought a second new guitar. This time a Harley Benton NA TE-52. Great cheap guitar! But struggle to play some licks because the neck is wider than my GTRS. More space between the strings. What is your advise please? To learn, play the GTRS or the HB? Maybe wait to play the HB when I get a better player....? Thanks in advance.

The copy right of music should have time limit. Otherwise somebody just have created a song and then suddenly there is a claim from somebody that similar song has been played tens of years ago. Can be the artist had never heard the song, or may be he had heard it unconsiously and not deliberately register the song. Any licks that we play had been played by somebody somewhere sometime ago. If we keep on doing it, then there will be no more new songs based on melody. The next generation of songs will be chord based where there is no copy right. Very soon, humanity will loose creativity on music. Cheers from Indonesia.
